Called to schedule an oil change. The person that answered the phone was just rude and just hung up the phone when I said ok thank you. Just click. No, you're welcome hope to see you soon.

Turns out the engine was not rebuild and was defective. We had to pay for a rebuild to get it functional. Would not recommend this place.

After having issues with my truck wobbling and being unsteady all the way home from up north, I decided I rather be safe than sorry. I called Sun City Towing and asked if they could come pick up my car and take it to the repair shop. The driver arrived within less than 45 minutes and was extremely friendly. They made the process as quick and easy as possible! After seeing how reliable and friendly they are compared to the companies I have used in my past, I will never use anyone else again! Sun City Towing has exceeded all of my expectations. I would 10/10 recommend them to all of my family and friends!

I was hesitant bringing my bmw here because of the reviews but I figured I just needed an oil change. The owner was super friendly which is a stark contrast to what I read and it's a family owned business his sons were there and were such gentleman! They did a synthetic oil change and made sure to put place mats down to not dirty my car. Overall my experience with the shop was 10/10. Prices were reasonable, work was done in record time and I was treated really well! Definitely will be back again

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I had an expensive insurance claim for damage and I took my vehicle into their shop. Not only did they take over twice as long as quoted, they did some VERY QUESTIONABLE work. After taking my vehicle to another shop, my suspicions were confirmed. My car was full of issues that were covered up via unapproved band-aids. If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. NEVER AGAIN!!

Today 1- 14- 20, at about 7:20 am I got off the northbound 101 and turned west onto Thunderbird. A row truck (Sun City Towing) pulled up behind me and for the next Mike road right on my rear.....maybe 20 behind me at 40mph. When I got to 99th ave I brake checked him with no effect.i slowed to 5 miles per hour and he stayed 5 to 10 feet behind me. I turned right northbound on Boswell flipping him off. He turned right so I pulled over. Rude, stay away.

Jerry was very helpful, friendly and kind over the phone and in person. He gave me a thorough print out and explanation of my cars condition and needed repairs. He did help me build some trust that the repairs were necessary and gave a timeframe for completion. He even offered a free ride to any location while waiting. I appreciated that. Adrian, one of the service men was very polite and respectful of my questions and concerns while doing an evaluation of my car. Thank you both. I would recommend this place to others.

Had them tow my truck when I broke down and the guy (Ray) was real nice on the phone and said he could diagnose my truck that same day for free if I took it to them. Same day diagnose sounded good and he was nice so said ok. Truck took about two hours to get me first off, then I got there and they had closed without telling me. Luckily Michael was there and made a call and got me Into a loner car. I already knew what the problem was and was quoted a high price. Needed my car so said ok as I was promised lifetime warranty on parts and labor. Had truck next day. People are nice, but I looked up the manufacturer of the part and their parts are remanufactured (failed to tell me that) and they highest price I found for one was $250. They charged me $750! They totally gouged me on this. Then they had lifetime on parts and 1 year warranty on labor. Made them change that, but I had already agreed on that part. The price still didn't make sense but I was angry and just wanted to leave. I am certain I paid more than what the dealer would have charged just from forums and online searching. I would not go here again or recommend. I would only come here again if the same part fails obviously. I don't like being gouged like this.

This is a warning to anyone getting work done at SC Exxon Station, Owned and operated by Ray Sanchez,10120 W. Bell Road-May be the worst place you can go for any kind of vehicle service.I hoped I was going to start a relationship with this garage because it was so close. I talked to Ray Sanchez the owner. I asked him to give me an assessment of what should be addressed and while that was being done to change the air filter and cabin air filter, change the oil, during this his tech found the oil drain plug had been stripped and was dripping oil. Also to have a look at the brakes. Ray called me and said the AC resistor needed to be replaced because the AC wasn't working ,the part was $108.96. I ok'd the replacement. He said the lower ball joints needed to be replaced and on the invoice it said something like the "front suspen both" with labor of $346.50 and alignment for $69.99.Ray, also stated that the rear rotors and brakes needed to be replaced, I wasn't sure but trusted his judgement. The brake kit was $319.99 with new rotors and pads and labor of $89.99. We talked about taking a look at the rubber parts hoses and belts to see how they looked. The upper and lower radiator hoses needed to be replaced, the invoice said that both upper and lower rad hoses were replaced@$50.12 with $99.00 of labor.Sorry to run on but it's important to tell the story, so you understand how the shop operates. The radiator was flushed for $49.95, coolant replaced for $20.00 and the thermostat was replaced for $80.00,( just a note they cost about $17.00 if you buy them.)Long story short, I was called to let me know the car was done, came and pick up the car. This is where the story goes down hill. The next day I noticed there was green coolant and a red fluid on my garage floor that had never been there before. Concerned I took the car back to Ray to trouble shoot the issue. I was told by Ray, the upper connection for the radiator was cracked and the whole radiator needed to be replaced for total of $435.66. I was shown the crack in the upper connection to the radiator and I claimed the tech must have done it when he replaced the hose on the upper connection. Ray stated that the tech did not replace the upper hose only the lower, even though there was a brand new label on the upper one and the invoice stated that both "up and low rad hose replaced". Not feeling good about this, still I had the radiator replaced for $435.66.After spending $2,207.36 on the work Ray's mechanics did and not feeling good about the quality of the work.IAs luck would have it my friend drives an Acura and has had this guy Rick Acord. Rick spent about 10 minutes and found that:1. The axel nut was not tightened on the passenger side front wheel after replacing the front ball joints, and the wheel was wobbling there could be possible damage to the wheel bearings.2. The radiator leak was caused by the lower radiator hose not being installed correctly and the wrong hose clamped.3. the control arm bushing had failed and couldn't believe that the SC Exxon tech didn't see it.4.The clamp to the lower connection to the radiator to cool the transmission was put on wrong, that is why the leak was still there.5.The wheel bearing Ray claims was replaced, was never replaced, like the invoice and Ray says they were.6.The lower ball joints had been stripped on both sides when installed by SC Exxon.7.When the air filter was replaced the intake hose was torn during the replacement process. Please note that no parts were returned to me to show these items were replaced as any good shop will do, or atthe very least offer them to you.On my final pick up from Ray there were 2 other customers dealing with screw ups on repairs with their car.STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!

This is a lemon lot. I went down there to purchase a vehicle. Was told the vehicle had no issues...how wrong they were. The vehicle was not passing emissions. So I took it back to them. After setting up payment plans for this, I left them the vehicle. After picking it up, I then went down to emissions and guess what, it didn't pass. Told them, and that's when they said they only replaced the valve and not the canister, which is the bigger problem. Claimed that their "vendor" doesn't have it, never mind it's all over the internet for cheap.Since then, it has been discovered by other shops in the valley that this car has had electric issues, a rack and pinion that isn't centered, etc etc. Problems that every mechanic I spoke with were things that this place should have known before selling the car. Finally, I was down to the last few payments to make so I could get my title. Now, he had agreed that, due to unexpected situations in my life and the fact that I was so close to being finished paying, that I could make a lower payment. But then today, he calls me making a big stink about it and getting upset over a single missed payment of $100. I went down there, paid them off, and I swear if that shop closed down, it would be a benefit to the area.Ray, your shop is the worst shop I have been to in the entire state. I wouldn't send my enemies to buy a car from you. Your so called "doing me a favor" only ended up costing me more money and I STILL never got the car to PASS emissions. Thank you for stealing my money and doing whatever to my car other than fix the problem.Only go here for a car if you get off on trying to see how much money you can sink into it. I could have got a better car and got better work done by asking a local meth addict for help.

I see the negative experiences posted but my experience was great. They towed n fixed my alternator n replaced battery. They were quick...responsive and reasonable in price. Will definitely use them for future repairs. Car expenses are never fun but I would reccomend SC!

I broke down in Peoria and live 3 hours away. The shop owner looked at my car for free, called me to give estimate, I only wanted the main issue fixed and he was fine with that but I appreciated the review of my systems anyway. Picked up the car. They were great! Very professional and friendly! Great experience over all!
