First time at this salon. Jade trimmed my hair and did a great job. Breanne did my pedicure and was good. My constructive review if for the owners. This salon is in the middle of a 55+ community and offers many services. However, pedicure was disappointing because of a very uncomfortable chair that made it very awkward for the technician. A regular pedicure chair with footbath is sorely needed. The chair is extremely uncomfortable band hard to get in and out of. The footbath has no running water or spa like action. I did not receive half of what is typical for a pedicure. No cuticle remover. No callous remover applied and a very smooth callous rasp that did not remove my callouses. I only received a sugar scrub massage and the scrub was washed off in the dirty used water in the footbath. No lotion was applied after the salt scrub. This was the middle pedicure service and I specifically requested callous remover. Breanne did a good leg and foot massage and again seemed to have limited products to use. I think she is likely new and would benefit if the owners provided her upgraded regular spa pedicure equipment and a wider selection of products. I cannot reccomend the pedicure services for this salon.
