“I switched to Genoa 8 months ago from Walgreens, Show Low. I'm glad I did. I can get my medication delivered to my assisted living home. The staff is friendly, efficient and seem to care about me. I even got a birthday card with some treats! Who does that anymore?I just took one star off because the billing can be kind of confusing. Then I tried to set up the online bill pay and it's even more confusing (no fault of Show Low location!)”

“This pharmacy is great. All of the employees are really wonderful and clearly care about patients. They go above and beyond what you'd expect from a pharmacy regularly. I worked in pharmacy once upon a time ages ago, so I know what the bare minimum looks like versus the kind of great service this pharmacy provides.I've liked this pharmacy ever since I starting using them (maybe 2 years ago-ish). The location is convenient, they're fast, and there's rarely a long line. I decided last month I needed to leave a review though after I feel like they really helped me out. Staff stepped in and helped me track down missing prescription orders that my provider sent to the wrong pharmacy. I've seen them go out of their way for other patients as well.”
“I've heard good and not so good things about this pharmacy. For me, they have been excellent.This past winter, my husband was in the hospital for a month. He is a Vet, but to have the VA send medications on discharge would've taken Way too long. We needed meds, I chose walmart pharmacy because this is where I go.The medications were expensive. I was asked if we had insurance. I explained what was going on. Augie had bacterial pneumonia that went into his blood stream. He is 77, needs this medication. We can't wait for VA... the kind gentleman found a veterans discount for us??? I/we are both grateful for this kindness.And just recently asked if they would hold my prescriptions for days... Until today actually, Jan 1 when I have a rx plan. They said yes!Thank you everyone at this pharmacy!Happy New Year”

They all were so helpful especially Chris, Bethany and Michael. I will definitely be returning thank you all and Dr Soloman is so kind and helpful. He was very kind to me and gave me an insight to the difficulties of supplying drugs in the large area that the Show Low store provided. He let me know how caring his pharmacist were towards the needs of their clients. So, I waited patiently and my prescription to finally arrive. I am very grateful to that manager for his kindness and caring for me and his pharmacists.”

“They are friendly and always do their best to help they are always upfront with you if they don't have a medication in stock and they handle rude customers well I'm proud of guys keep up the good work also my doctor prescribed me medication that my insurance didn't cover for weight loss and this sweet young lady told me about good rx saved me about 20$ but more than than I've been struggling with my body image and God used this girl to help me get my confidence back as well as my health and self-esteem so thank you and God bless you all please don't let a few people with poor things to say get to you your community has your back guys jesus loves loves you”

“The store is nice although most items are overpriced, like a lot of drugstores. As for the pharmacy, I've wasted a lot of time waiting for prescriptions that weren't ready when I was told they would be. The pharmacy doesn't open until 10am and closes for lunch. The Show Low Walgreens was a bigger mess so I still prefer going here.”
