“jay did a great job repairing my rear differential.....replaced 4 bearings and seals....totally reasonable on labor costs.....4runner is working great....he let me see the differential and explained the work.....he's busy , so give him time....i had to borrow a car for 10 days.....but he did a great job....he only replaced the parts that needed replacing.....other places wanted to replace the wheel bearings/hub assemblies which are $500 each...another place said they couldn't get parts ,which was BS...they just didn't want to be bothered with the job...jay really knows differentials...”
“Broke a hanger to my leaf spring on my 5th wheel while vacationing in Showlow. Found KB Welding online and was impressed by all of the positive reviews. I'm also adding a 5 Start review. Called and spoke to Ken and explained my issue and suggested I stop by with my RV. After explaining he assigned Colby(welder) to look at the damage and he gave Ken the damage assessment. I left the RV there to get an estimate, and Ken came back with an awesome price and decided to let him make the fix and more fabrication to strengthen the suspension and frame. Colby found my brake wires broken as well, and he reconnected as a service. I didn't realise I had LEDs on the side of the bed, so David wired the camper overhead light to the switch on the truck, so all 4 lights are together. “I am so glad I found these guys! I had a starter fail on a 40 year old tractor. Even though I had the original part number for the starter the local auto parts stores were not able to locate a replacement or cross-reference it to a suitable replacement one. I found M & J using an 'in my area' search for starter repair and rebuild services. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Marc. Marc was very friendly and immediately recognized the failed part I had in my hands. He was able to quickly recommend a newer version of the starter and it was about half the cost of other replacements I had found on the Internet. “I AM SOOO IMPRESSED WITH SHOW LOW FORD!!!! I have a 2019 Lincoln Navigator (Lincoln is a division of Ford). I live in Phx and bought it at Fiesta Lincoln in Mesa (another fantastic dealership). However, while at our vacation home in Torreon, my battery was dying and I had to jump it. I called Show Low Ford and talked to the Service Manager Chris Sterns. He told me to bring it in. Unfortunately, even after multiple attempts, they could never create the code indicating that the battery was faulty. Finally, after a very cold night, the battery failed and was covered and replaced by the Lincoln 48 month/48,000 mile warranty. Even though I was not a 'customer' of Show Low Ford, I was treated as though I was and received what I would call 'Platinum Service'!!! Chris constantly kept me abreast of the status of processes they were trying, which were many. Service Advisor McKenzie was friendly, polite and helpful. I couldn't ask for more. Their shuttle service made all this so much more convenient, driving me home and the delivering my fixed vehicle back to me. Driver Lynn was wonderfully pleasant. THANK YOU SHOW LOW FORD!!! “We moved to Showlow from the valley and we were selling our motorhome. Camping world in Mesa did an oil change for us on the motorhome and we drove it to Showlow and I called Williams Brothers to have it winterized. I spoke to Tiffany who was very professional and helpful. She got us an appointment that day. When the buyers came to purchase it, we found an oil leak. We didn’t know what to do. So I called Tiffany and she spoke with the mechanic and he told us to bring it in. The oil filter had not been installed properly and was causing the leak. He replaced it for us at no charge and reassured the buyers that it was good to go. They bought it and drove it home and have had no forther problems. We are so grateful to Williams Brother s. We have since taken our Toyota Tacoma for service and oil change and we could not be more pleased.”
“I just wanted to let the managers know that I had an outstanding experience with Jason Jenkins in service. I had my vehicle in for service and could tell that they were behind schedule. It turned out to be a 2.5 hour oil change which was frustrating but I saw how hard Jason was working and trying to balance a very busy time. Jason went out of his way to apologize for the delay and made a point to say that they will do better next time. The little gestures sometimes have the most impact. Anyways, I thought that someone should know how impressed I was with his efforts because I just don't see that kind of commitment anymore.”
