Long and short, was in middle of family road trip when both front breaks failed. Called several local shops and none were able to help short notice until I called Mike's. He told me he'd take a look and at least see what he could do. I got my vehicle to the shop around 230pm and figured we were stuck for at least the night (repairs are never fast, always waiting on parts). Mike had it in the shop in less then 20min, had it diagnosed and ready for repair. His shop closed at 5pm so again figured we were stuck for the night, but no, Mike and his son got right on it even working late to get my family back on the road. I would definitely recommend this shop I now know where to stop in the future if I need repairs while in the area. Thank you Mike for saving the day.

These guys are the best! My exhaust broke in half on 17 and limped it into sedona. They took me right in and fixed it. Even being booked and understaffed that day. Great price too. Thank you guys!!!! Life savers!!!

Run, don’t walk, to Mike’s!!! We were visiting Sedona when our check engine light came on and we needed help to have it assessed so we could drive 500 miles home. Not only did these fabulous folk squeeze us in right away, they were UNBELIEVABLY KIND & professional. !!! 5 stars all the way!!!! Thank you all!! You made our trip!!!!

This place is incredible! First, I get referred by all the locals to this shop, while traveling. They quoted me $120 less than the shop I called before them. Then, instead of doing the alignment, taking my money and running.. they pointed out damage to a tire I had just bought last month as being the issue of why my car was shaking at less than 40mph and sent me on my way to get the tire replaced instead. Very honest and solid place. As a young woman who constantly has to deal with rip off mechanics, they made me remember not every car shop is shady. 100% recommend !

What an amazing experience! (When have I ever said that about a car repair?!) Everyone at the shop was so friendly and caring, and their service was impeccable. They were honest and thorough, even taking the time to show me the components of my suspension that I was concerned about. It’s honestly such a relief to have a reliable, trustworthy shop that I know I can go to when things inevitably need to be repaired. My only regret is that I didn’t come here sooner.

Had trouble with an exhaust brought it to these guys they got it done and quick . Glad to see they were on it . Brought previous vehicles here also and they got It done right and fast .thanks

We drove out from California and with 120k on a BMW X3 without any issues. Then I heard some front end noise on a rough road. On smooth roads there were no indications.
I did a Google search to find a local shop to inspect and hopefully repair. But, at least inspect. Redrock Automotive was the first lead. I contacted Redrock and they were too busy to even do a safety inspection after multiple requests. They could not even offer a recommendation. I just hope that they will see this review and take Mike's Alligment's example as a goal to achieve.
We found and were locally recommended to Mike's Allignment. His team was swamped. But, they made time and found several loose bolts primarily in our shock towers and rack. Driving several hundred miles home would have been dangerous.
We really appreciate the time and effort that Mike's team put in during this holiday week.

Kind and efficient shop! My friend and I were on vacation. We pulled in after we noticed the tires pressure light was on. Mike was kind to help us. He found a nail in one of the tires. He got us in and out in 30 minutes ?. Great work Mike. We appreciate your work!

We were on vacation when we got nail in the tire. We called Mike’s and they got us in and worked to get it fixed even when the rental company did not include a wheel lock key. Super friendly and worked until the problem was fixed. Thanks Mike and team!Services: Tires

Showed up as business opened with a rental car that had tire warning light on. Mike’s team took me right away when I explained we had to drive to Phoenix airport the next morning. Turned out to be a problem with the electronics, not tire(s). They reset the system and all is well. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Nice, friendly staff.Service: Tires

Took my 2002 Mercedes CL500 to Mike's for a suspension check and alignment after I deleted the ABC hydraulic suspension system and replaced it with coil over shocks. They got me in quickly and within 90 minutes had conquered the complicated Mercedes systems and had the car driving like new. The bill was much less than I had anticipated. Great people and service.
