Went in today with my husband in the afternoon and had a good experience. Had to go back later for one more gallon, 30 minutes before closing. It appears as though the one guy working earlier that day (talking to a customer about the game), had closed the store early, before 4:30pm. We had to go out of our way with a baby in the car and drive to another location to pick up the gallon before closing.

I am with acp painting. And love sw most the time I only like a select few. But Joshuwa eldridge is an assistant manager here and is absolutely amazing! Customer service is next level! He dots his I's and crosses his T's. Don't use this store much but would travel an extra 15 miles just to revisit this store because of Joshuwa. Thank you.

I had a concern to address regarding a recent purchase and Ben listened carefully, offered suggestions, and was able to resolve my issues quickly and in a satisfactory manner. I have purchasing from Sherwin Williams for many years and have been very happy with their products, wonderful color selections and I was very happy with this particular customer service interaction. Excellent products and great service. Yesterday I was there to get some paint. They did not have the one I was looking for, but that did not stop the lady that assisted me (unfortunately did not get her name) from calling 5 other Sherwin William stores until they were able to locate exactly what I was looking for.Great to witness this level of service, thinking about the customer and the company and not only at their store sales.
