Post purchase first service: I just had the truck in for its first service for oil change and rotation of the tires. Someone just stopped me and said hey you are about to lose your hubcap, your center cap. It was dangling loose by one screw left in it. I had to remove it just to drive home luckily I had tools with me. The others we're loose or missing bolts as well. I asked them to check the fluids and the only fluids that got topped off was the windshield washer fluid and the radiator fluid. The power steering fluid and the brake fluid were just as low as they were when I bought the truck. 2 chances to get it right and failed both times. I will not even continue to get the free oil changes there. I am so disgusted by the work at this dealership and literally not one person ever contacted me In regard to my complaints or surveys horrible follow up as well. The only thing this Toyota has going for it from Right Toyota is that it is a Toyota Tundra and I love my Tundra but everything about this dealer I cannot stand.
Purchase experience:Contacted Bella to get additional photos of the Tundra that was just traded. She said the truck was not detailed and had work to be done, but I could come see it anyway. Never saw her from start to finish. I met with a salesman Justin Burns. Seeing the truck it was filthy, but I could see through it. It has 2 pink X's on it where Justin said it was going for paint and body repair. After a test drive I wanted to hammer out a deal. I believe he was working honestly to get a win-win for the both of us. I saw the truck on Car Gurus and Right Toyotas website for the same price $38,321. I went on both to find extra photos. Right out of the gate it started with Car Gurus had the wrong price almost 4k wrong in my favor. Back and forth I started to walk out when Griffin the manager came out. He stated the price was wrong, he would honor it, but I would HAVE to pay the $1600 paint protection and tint charge. If I walked out the truck goes back to $42K +. I didn't want to but I did. I missed they actually DIDNT write it up as paint and tint and only added it to the price of the truck. Justin said I would be getting new tint..didn't happen. You dont leave with any paperwork until after you get the truck and then it is all on usb for NOT SO EASY READING and ACCESS. I asked them not to rush paint and body but 10 days later it was finally ready for pickup (see the photos). There IS ZERO quality control. If I was a gambling man a handyman repaired the dent and the other door was left as is, see photos. That dent near rear bumper --see photo --is AFTER it was fixed! HORRIBLE. At delivery the salesman gave me the keys and goes "here you go" thank you. In the end the door didn't get repaired, the other dent was horrible, truck was out of alignment, all fluids were low, windshield washer fluid never makes it to the windshield and just pours out onto the ground when engaged. TPMS system was faulting. Gale in service is the best and helped get the alignment and TPMS fixed QUICKLY. Nobody would expect a transaction like this to come from Toyota. I will send it all up to corporate as well in more detail. A poor job all around RIGHT TOYOTA is the WRONG TOYOTA.
Gale worked on 2 items and he did those well. The rest of the failures are still present, you own them, and how this truck went out CERTIFIED is an ABSOLUTE JOKE.

My girlfriend and I had such a great experience when we got her car, I came back and traded in my vehicle with Right Toyota and got into a great Tundra. The staff there are incredible, they listen and work with your situation. Explain everything and make it a simple and painless process. Chris is the guy to go see! I will recommend every one I know to buy from Right.

Great experience with great people. Mr. Harrison Brown and General Manager Zach assisted with my purchase of a RAM 2500 Laramie. Any questions I had were answered and the overall experience was great. If you're looking for a new/used vehicle, definitely check out Right Toyota and you'll be in great hands.

Be aware and exercise caution when dealing with this business. As a business owner myself, I must express our profound disappointment and concern regarding the lack of professionalism and abysmal customer service experienced with Right Toyota’s service department After one of our trucks was towed there following an isolated accident, we provided all necessary business and driver contact details. Yet, at no point did the service department call or email us with a quote for parts or labor, nor did they provide any images or explanations of the required work. Instead, our technician had to repeatedly reach out to Matt from the service department for updates. Matt promised a callback with information, but none ever came. By Monday, we still have not received any emails related to the service so we called again, only to be told that the truck was ready and presented with a bill of nearly $7,000—our first notification of the cost. This behavior is not only unethical but raises serious concerns about their business practices. Performing costly repairs without written authorization from the vehicle’s owner is unacceptable. Throughout this ordeal, the insurance agent and our company made numerous attempts to contact Matt to discuss the bill, but after we expressed our outrage he stopped answering our calls. Our CEO had to escalate the issue to management. All of this could have been avoided with basic professionalism and communication. Instead, Right Toyota’s actions have made it clear that we’re being forced to accept their unethical practices just to retrieve our vehicle. It is beyond comprehension that a business of this size operates with such disregard for customer rights and ethical business practices. We are hoping to come to a reasonable agreement soon and not have to take legal action. We will update this review with the outcome.

Made an appointment for my wife at 10:45am for a 50k service appointment. She was quoted 1-1.5 hours and some staff told her it wouldn't be much longer but at the 4 hour mark I called into the dealership to speak with the service manager. He said he would speak to my wife and there was no apology or offer to make things right. If there was any sort of apology for making her wait for 4 hours with out two year old with no updates this would not be a bad review.

I am not a “leave reviews online” type of person unless I am absolutely blown away by the service (or lack thereof), but Danny was awesome - easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot of TERRIBLE experiences at dealerships). Would never have considered a world where I’d recommend a car dealership to anyone but I walked away thrilled with my car buying experience. If you’re looking for reassurance on purchasing a car from Right Toyota, consider this it.

I called 10 Toyota dealerships in metro Phoenix asking for their price on a 2025 Camry. Right Toyota had the best price among the 10 dealerships. I then visited Right Toyota and they stuck with their word on the price and I bought the car. They were not pushy and were great to work with. They were very responsive in keeping me updated on the status of the car (as it was in transit for a few weeks).

We recently worked with Adam and Alex on our 2 cars we purchased from Right Toyota. It was an incredible experience, they were patient, professional and super helpful. It was such a great purchasing process for the corolla, that we came back again for our tacoma purchase. Their Team from Adam, to the sales manager Alex to the finance guy (who is so darn nice) Spencer they really made the experience a lot of fun and stress free! Thank you again Adam and Right Toyota your team is top notch!

We just got our brand new 2024 Tacoma from Right… and let me tell you… it was the best experience buying a vehicle I have ever had (Dad was in the car business for over 30 years mind you).
Our sales team consisted of Danny and Scott who were absolutely incredible in every way. Very transparent, informative, and their personalities were absolutely out of this world amazing. We shared laughs, life stories, and overall ethics/principles of our deal. It made myself and my fiancé feel like it was a family affair.
If you are reading this review contemplating on what to do with your next car purchase, and who to work with… look no further. You are at the RIGHT place!
Customers for life right here!

Pretty surprised to see how highly this dealer rates. I asked for simple information from the internet sales team (Chris Delgado), about a vehicle I want to purchase and was given the run around. Multiple excuses on why he could not provide the information requested. He had a "take it or leave it" attitude regarding the transaction. Unresponsive to my inquiries and messages until I asked for the GM's contact information. Thankfully, I'm not desperate to get into a vehicle and Toyota dealers are a dime a dozen in the valley so I can take my purchase elsewhere.
