Had an appointment for a flat repair at 1230 , app said finished @ 1:33 , nope came out at 2:00 and said can't fix the tire . Needs replaced now . Terrible communication and service . Misled to believe 45 minute turn around . Won't be back !

Unprofessional, showed up to my appointment 15 mins ahead and I was waiting at the store, after 90 mins when I asked for status I was informed they didn’t even checkin my appointment.
There are so many other good discount tires out there.

I have taken many cars here over the years for tires, air checks, and all around safety checks !! Best customer service ever. Eric and Sean are amazing! They have both been super helpful! This kind of stuff can be stressful but they are super quick and have you in and out ! Very efficient!! All of the guys have always been exceptional! Appreciate you guys!! Thank you!!!!!

Discount tire had my back! Took in my car for a new set of wheels and tires. Despite the issues that transpired in getting my original wheels back, Bill, Tyler, Eric, and Reyes all were fantastic to work with, communicating updates to me regularly. Eric provided great assistance over the phone, Tyler searched the warehouse for my wheels, Bill got in contact with the appropriate teams, and Reyes took care of my TPMS issue and loaded up my rims. Thank you all for your professionalism throughout this process.

This location is so amazing! It’s so nice to be able to drop in and be taken care of with professionalism. They got me in and out in under an hour, so I could get back to work on time. Hearing them work with their other customers in the lobby impressed me. They truly care about their customers and this location is very well managed. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

Discount tire is closed on Sunday has been as long as I’ve known but this facility is my most favorite. To come in here for the first time and hear, Family Life Radio playing in the lobby, and nobody is yelling in the bays where the guys are working everything is smooth and you can feel the presence of God here. Thank you.
