I had a tire split on the way to the doctor. AAA mechanic said 2 more needed to be replaced. Upon arrival at Discount Tire, the manager recognized us and worked out an incredible deal for the 3 tires. They took care of us just like with my sister's car and that's the kind of customer service they provide. When you need tires, check them out first. It's worth it!

I have never had an issue with Discount Tire until this visit, and I buy all my tires from this company.
I was feeling a vibration while driving my truck due to a flat spot on one of my tires. I knew pretty much what it was but wanted the experts to check it out and confirm my assumptions were correct.
Walked in, was politely greeted as usual, and the tech promptly walked out and looked at my tires. The tires in question were still in good shape and purchased from this company.
I explained to him what happened and what I was experiencing while driving, he said they had these tires in stock and could change them out right then.
The truck is a company truck and I had to get approval before replacing anything, and I let him know that I needed to make a call before any work could be done.
I was told they would inspect the tires and then give me a quote on a couple new tires.
Let me be very clear, I did not authorize any repairs or replacements. A short time later, I was told my truck was ready and given a bill. When I told him I hadn't called for authorization because I didn't have a price for the tires, the tech said he could take the tires off and put the old ones back on.
You've got to be kidding me.
After almost an hour there, I had to get back to work and didn't have time to wait. I was really embarrassed when I had to call my employer and tell him I just spent $600 of his money by accident.
I felt very manipulated by the salesman helping me. I have been using this company in the Valley since they had the commercials with the little old lady throwing the tire through the window.
This was a really bad experience and I honestly felt like I was taken advantage of by some really slimy sales tactics. Kind of a 'what just happened' feeling.
In my past few visits to Discount, I have noticed a change in how their employees push the upsell in questionable methods by not being forthright and upfront. Not very classy at all. This visit confirmed my observation in the decline of their customer service.
For the first time in decades, I'll probably check out their competition. What a shame since I'm getting ready to purchase new tires and wheels for my personal truck.

Needed to replace 2 tires. I called them on Friday at noon, Ryan ordered the tires that day, and I had an appointment Saturday morning. In 45 minutes, the work was done. The price quoted, including installation and disposal fees, was $200 less than the price at my dealer! They fill up the tires with air for free, and rotate and rebalance them for free. Great educational posters in the waiting area. Coed bathrooms are clean.

I experienced a nail puncture late Friday afternoon. I arrived at 5:30pm and was concerned that they could not fix it before 6:00pm close. Nick said "no problem" we work until the job is done. I was out of there by 6:30pm with the repair completed. There was no charge whatsoever. What amazing service!

Great location - convenient, friendly & helpful staff, quick servicing. The manager really goes above and beyond to help out as well. This is our go-to place for help with tires.

I had to get new tires for my Mini after getting a flat on Friday afternoon. I showed up the next day with no appointment and Matt was absolutely awesome. He got me in and out in 30 minutes on a busy morning no less. I really appreciated how he got me into the right tires based on how I drive and what I actually need as opposed to what he could have told me I needed. I probably wouldn't have known the difference and just wanted it fixed, so I appreciate how he explained everything and for his transparency and not trying to sell me on something. I'll never go anywhere else, I recommend you do the same.

Best Discount Tire location in the valley. Highly recommend.
Edit: somehow the best got better. 20 min for flat repair and rotation/balance. Showed me one of the wheels had gotten bent too.

I have been using this Discount Tire facility for almost 20 years. Sadly, things have changed at Discount Tire. They have changed from a family friendly tire seller to a profit driven big corporation. I set a recent appointment at this location and was greeted at the door by an over-friendly individual. I came in to do a tire rotation on a newly purchased vehicle. I was immediately given a pitch about swollen lug nuts and how I had to replace all of the existing lug nuts on my 2018 Yukon Denali. I refused that sales pitch and mentioned that I had a small nail in one of my tires. He examined the nail and said that it might not be repairable as it was too close the sidewall. I told the rep that my mechanic had told me that it was indeed repairable. The nail was in the tread 2" from the sidewall. I decided to have lunch across the road while they worked. I got a call about 30 minutes later saying that the tire could not be repaired and that I needed to buy a new tire. The tires on my vehicle were only 50% worn so I was not inclined to mix a brand new tire with my existing tires. I told the rep that I'll have my mechanic repair the tire. So in the end, this visit turned from an overly friendly greeting at the door to one of customer indifference when I was leaving. This change happened because the rep could not make a sale. I don't know if it was this individual's drive for sales or Discount Tire Corporate pushing dealerships for more sales. In any case, I have decided to move my business to a Costco tire shop near my home.

Had blow out was towed here. Didn't have tire I had in stock but ended up purchasing 4 Michelin tires. Stated they were quiet for road noise,but they aren't.
Ride is not as smooth as previous tires.
But I will live with it as I bought them and waited over 2 hours for installation.
But I keep going back to discount would think I know better. Costco has same tire cheaper and includes installation in price and rebate on tires.

Set an appointment for tire rotation on their app. Very easy-to-use, set up, and confirm. Then called to confirm and let them know that I did not buy the tires from Discount, inquiring about the cost. They said no worries, we'll take care of it. No cost!
Went to the appointment, asked how long, they said 45 minutes and they were done in 45 minutes.
This location is a busy location and they were all business to get the jobs done! Friendly and Courteous on top of it as well!
