I needed a fax machine and their site says there was one available. I went back to the Fed Ex post and was told that there was no fax machine. Wasted trip.

If I could rate this place a Zero I would! When I say that OSCAR is the epitome of rude and racist, unprofessional and very childlike! Thankfully JOSH stepped in and handled the situation with style and grace! He was very quick and efficient and personable. He should be the manager of that place because he truly knows how to de-escalate a situation and problem solve unlike Oscar who was very antagonistic. I will be submitting a formal complaint about him. Also the place was dirty and very unkept. They should spend more time cleaning and less time standing around.

They were able to take one of my packages. I was returning, but not the other due to the QR code they gave me wasn't working. Fast service. Friendly associates
