I don't know how many times I have come to this store on Hunt highway and Bella Vista and they are supposed to be open but nobody is there. Sometimes even several hours after they are supposed to be and they have no corporate numbers to call and complain too

On 3-09-2023 at 3pm the young lady that was working there refused to help us. She made us call customer service and wait for a hour just so she would not do here job. She refused to take my ID because the name was different. I told her I got married and even had my husband there with both awor phones in hand. Finally when we proved here wrong she told us she was only taking cash. Maybe she should have mentioned that from the start

Terrible experience. We went to Cricket store in Queen Creek and she was very helpful but didn't have the phones my wife and I wanted. We called this store in San Tan and because they have it we drove all the way here getting there 10 minutes before they close and the lady says, "sorry we are closed. The computer closes early." Then she says "what were you going to do?" As if it hadn't really closed and she could decide if she wanted to help me or not. I was going to buy 2 new phones and she replies "oh yeah. Sorry it closed." Terrible customer service. Awful experience.

Ok so phone shopping sucks & always takes soooo long and you end up spending a ton of money, it can be such an overwhelming process. We were dreading this particular trip because we needed to get a lot accomplished (adding lines, new phones, just alot). We saw Lizbeth first thing on a Saturday morning and she was AMAZING. Super helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and FAST. We were in and out with no stress at all, she made it such an easy trip thanks, Lizbeth!

Toad one thing over the phone drive 24 miles to get thereto find out all the information that was given to me was wrong couldn't even get a new phone it totally was a very bad experience
