From start to finish all of them at Ooroo were amazing!! Our car had been having problems since Jan 2024 it’s now July 2024 we’ve been to at least 5-6 different mechanics saying “nothing’s wrong “ or everything is wrong you just need a new car.
We we’re finally referred to this OOROO In Queen Creek and they were STELLAR! Gave our car a thorough inspection found all the issues and let us know that 1)it was a miracle we even were able to drive the car to here ??and 2) here’s how we fix it you don’t need a new car!!
Their prices are very reasonable and the Happy car club is AMAZING! They were pretty quick to fix it and even have a free car shuttle service! They came picked myself and 2 littles, even helped loaded their car seats in the car and drove us to pick up our car! And not only were the honest and nice thorough out the whole process but they WASHED AND VACUUMED our car before we picked it up!!! If I could get a thousand starts I would!!!!!!
Chase, Mike and Jeremey you all are wonderful and we are so happy to have had your help and now a great place to go to for our car! Thank you all for being so kind, honest and hard working!!
100/10 would recommend HIGHLY!

Mark at Ooroo tried to charge $507.00 to diagnose an A/C problem!!! This didn't include parts and labor. They are dishonest andvunscrupulous! Mark tried to use an analogy about going to the doctor more than once. I am a health care professional! How dare he!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR BICYCLE, much less your car here!!! Shame on Ooroo!!!

Do not take your car here! These mechanics have no idea what they are doing! They charged me $120 for an alignment that wasn't even done properly and now my car makes a popping sound when l put it in reverse!! The front end of my car is also making sounds and the steering wheel is really loose!
I also scheduled an appointment to get my rear engine mount replaced and they told me it didn't need to be replaced even though I've had the other ones replaced recently and this is the only one l have left to replace. My car shakes when it's idling. I've had two different shops tell me that the back engine mount needs to be replaced. These guys told me it was fine and they probably didn't even look at it! Lazy and incompetent mechanics!!
Stay far away from this place!

Amazing that a tech will come to your house or work site saving you time and allowing you to focus on the things you need to. Good communication, easy scheduling, super convenient. In addition to the oil change he was able to change my valve cover and replace spark plugs saving me a trip to the shop.

Edit 10/30: Lindsey has completely rectified the situation which is a huge relief. All of the times I've gone to Ooroo have honestly been great, I was just disappointed with our last interaction at the shop. The customer service I received is greatly appreciated.Ooroo has been really disappointing. I miss Stamps. I'm a member of their subscription, it includes a discount on all purchases as well as several perks like free oil changes (not free because I pay for it...). Not only have they "forgotten" I'm paying for the membership, they overcharge for things like installing a new battery.

If you want to be treated like family this is your shop. I called in on Friday the 6th because my car was making some awful sounds. I was able to make an appointment and as I suspected my rear bearings needed to be replaced, along with my pads and drums. They called me to give me the bad news and quoted me a price the was reasonable for work that needed to be done but I wasn’t excited to pay it. When I came to pick up my car they told me they were able to get the parts much cheaper than I was told on the phone and saved me $700. That is the kind of honesty Im looking for in a mechanic. They could have easily just went with the previous price and I would have paid it, because I wouldn’t have know the difference. My car is running great and I now know I have a mechanic can trust.

Christopher was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He answered any questions I had , helped put my mind at ease with his explanations for me to understand anything.
