The gentlemen at this store are always super helpful! I did want to call out the fact we came in this weekend about an hour before close to pick out some colors. When we got there, there was a table of colored pencils and blank coloring pages! The guy there saw my son coloring (2) and printed out some extra pages for him, specifically Spider-Man as that’s what my son was decked out in! I just really appreciate the customer service here and it made looking for colors more seamless without having to distract my toddler from pulling out all the color samples!

Excellent experience your sales person was very knowledgeable, explaining the difference in various paint tints, and tones. Great job. One question we have to the company you make a heck of a product, and we buy your paint products, but in a very short period of time (a year) you open the can lid and it's all rusted. The Rust falls in the paint to the point of changing its color. He suggested that we make sure to wipe the channel where the lid fastens in and make sure it is clean of debris. Which we do, but again seems like nothing works.

I am so thankful for this store.We rent. We have AMAZING landlords and we take care of our house until we can buy our own.Last year, we thought the leftover paint for the interior was dried up. We needed to paint a few minor things inside so we stopped in with the cans that were left to us, and come to find out, they were NOT dry. They helped us determine the correct color codes, and gave us information to hold on to for when the time comes when we need to refresh the paint we have.We had to go back today. Our front door got a little damaged when we had something delivered. Of course, our houses paint scheme no longer exists with our HOA. The original paint got bought out by Sherwin Williams. Thankfully, I found an original document from when the house was built and what all the paint codes were, WITH a chip from our door. Just like last time, we were greeted with genuine smiles and friendly attitudes. They had the paint swatch book from the old Frazee paints. They found it based on the paper I brought in, and it matched the match sample we brought as well.Both times everyone was SO friendly, patient and helpful. While it's a small thing, we take pride ANYWHERE we live. If we damage something, we fix it correctly. I am so thankful HOW quick and easy this was today and now our contractor can come fix this minor issue and paint the area back to where it should be.I told my husband today, anytime we need paint, we WILL come to this Sherwin Williams. 100X better than Lowe's or HD. Thank you for having a great crew and running a good store!

We are so disappointed with this location! Went in last week to select final colors & purchase paint & supplies for our job…. thoroughly disappointed with the experience here & we will NEVER GO BACK! The staff provided absolutely no assistance whatsoever. The dudes running the place were completely non-communicative (& possibly mute?), completely uninterested in assisting us, & need some education in customer service. Every time we asked a question, the answer is “No. There is a shortage of “x” or “y” or “z”…or “we’re out of that...” “Good luck finding that w/this shortage!” You literally can fill in the blank however you please b/c every single thing we asked about was answered the exact same way by these jokers called employees. It finally became a joke w/us in the store to see what, if anything, we could ask these dudes in hopes of getting any other answer. But NOPE! Same exact excuse/answer every single time!Paint was overpriced - “b/c there is a shortage” of my color of paint of course. They didn’t offer any type of sale or discount, and considering the amount of paint & supplies we were purchasing to paint my whole interior office building we should’ve gotten some type of discount. The paint product we purchased was the top of their line & DID NOT go on the walls any better than HD Behr Brand paints we’ve always purchased & used in the past w/all of our paint projects.Then, they didn’t provide any basic paint stir sticks for stirring our paint -which we didn’t realize until we were ready to actually start our project & we had to go all the way back to the store to get some days later!We will never go back here again. We regret our purchase & the experience we encountered here!
