A vile and despicable company. Just like the stories i was told growing up, This gym will never let you leave unless you have a team of lawyers. They have taken nearly a thousand dollars from me after I had canceled my membership. now they send threatening emails about how i need to pay them or i will be smothered in fines. I'm sure others have had better experiences but it has taken me two years to escape their frivolous fees.

Love this gym, been going here for years! The fact that it’s 24 hours helps me keep in shape, regardless of my schedule. The staff are always nice and friendly. They are attentive if any issues come up and don’t hesitate to assist when asked.

I had canceled my membership at EOS because the lockers and pool were disgusting. I gave them a second chance. Nope. Pool was like milk lockers not clean. Canceling my membership today.

I have been a member for almost a year and love EOS! While I typically attend more classes then using equipment, there is a great variety of classes and amazing instructors! The instructors are so encouraging and make classes fun, Gisella and V are very active instructors at this location and have always made me enjoy my time while pushing me in my fitness journey. One instructor, Patricia W., subs cycling classes at this facility. She is beyond amazing at what she does. She is motivational, encouraging, and overall just a great person. She can pull the room together and have everyone smiling while also dripping in sweat. Not only is her teaching method unique and addictive, it's the best result yielding workout!

Avoid the sales staff here at all costs!! I'm going to edit my original review after a ridiculous experience with the sales staff. After going to sign up my 17 year old sister, I'm shocked they talk to people the way they do. They are pushy sales people and tried to peer pressure her into $100+ a month personal training. I had told them no, its way too expensive and she would need to discuss it with our mom. The lady, Cierra, said that since she was paying for the membership, asks if she wants to purchase it. I was shocked because I had expressed many times that she didn't need it. Nothing like preying on vulnerable teenagers that they need a ridiculous meal plan and a personal trainer 2+days a week. They don't care about you as long as they hit their sale goal. Wildly inappropriate and crazy that it happened even with me, a mid 30s women there. I can't imagine what happens with other teens trying to sign up.
Nice gym. Seems to have something for everyone. It is pretty busy throughout the day but I'm still able to get my workout in.

Went non prime time and it was packed. Good assortment of equipment. Everyone seems to know how to rerack the weights and put them in appropriate order(good culture) another Queen Creek EOS coming in 2025

Best EoS facility I've been to yet! Recently moved to STV and the Queen Creek club is closest to me. Crowded, but I can make use of other machines and equipment while I wait.

Tried to work out at the gym since mine was closed for a few days. They do not want your membership or money. Horrible customer service. Walked out.

UPDATE: they’re still trying to charge me money several months after I cancelled. Because they weren’t prompt about, I suddenly have a “past due balance.” Nope, do your job and listen to the customer, idiots.
Don’t forget to cancel PROMPTLY and make sure your pester them about it. They charged me for two months extra after I tried to cancel. “David” couldn’t even be bothered to pay attention on the phone. Giggling etc while I’m trying to cancel my membership.
