I’ve had a lot of insurance agents in my town and I’ve stuck with Tracy for years now. That says a lot about her cause I’m hard to please lol. My parents has been with State Farm and the Tracy Murr office for years. When my father passed away I had to take over all of my mothers finances. This office has helped me for the past 6 years navigate the best way to help my mother. If there were ever any questions, I could call the office and I was always greeted with friendly helpful people who gave me good advice or directed me to whatever I needed to solve. They really do care and want to do a good job. It was my first experience dealing with an insurance company who actually knew who you were and cared about helping. This office is amazing and I’m very appreciative of their help throughout the years.
