5/5!!! We were a little concerned when an order for business cards we placed hadn't arrived by its estimated delivery time. Luckily we had a few days to spare before we needed them, so we contacted Printoutloud. They were incredibly professional and worked to make sure that we received our order as soon as possible. We received the cards within 24 hours of contacting them, and the print quality was top notch. We couldn't be more satisfied with our business cards. We always get the best quality from printouloud.com which is why we always trust them for all our print shop needs. We've done several banners with them, and this latest one that included a photo came out crisp, sharp and the colors popped. Bad Puppy Screen Printing has been an amazing company to work with. Mychael is so helpful and knowledgeable. Our shirts, hats, banners & yard signs all came out perfectly. He even helped us with our logo issues and perfected it. I will always use Bad Puppy for all and any of our promotional needs. In just several minutes on the phone, this person was quick to turn down a simple job, while my requested embroidery job was NOT a large, get-rich quick order... he was quick to point out set-up fees, etc. (all of which I understood having been in that industry at one time). I expected set-up file fees etc., especially being in Prescott. He thinks any common sewing shop can sew on the back of hats... I might as well use a Sharpie then. Easy drive to the Valley for a professional & appreciative business. Business must be super good for this company. Word of mouth is everything...
