I must be one of the few people that in my long years of circling this sun have never used windows. So, it was a surprise to me when I decided to build a gaming computer. Everything went well until wiring. I'd dropped into Micro AZ probably a year before to ask some questions about building a computer. They were very helpful. This time though I needed actual help. Micro AZ took on the task, pointed out what I'd done well and corrected what I'd messed up. I never at any time felt or was made to feel dumb. All my questions were answered and they completed the task in record time at least from my point of view. The included photo is the result. I highly recommend this store to everyone. Thank you Micro AZ!

Horrible customer service, man over the phone couldn’t give me any information over the phone. Having packet loss issues was trying to give him some info about it over the phone and he said they don’t do that kind of service 10/10 wouldn’t even recommend calling!!

Fantastic Local Computer Shop that saved my little guy after a power surge.I just moved for the second time this year, and unfortunately one of my most important things had gotten destroyed on the way to the new home. My cool gaming rig! I'm not the most experienced person with computers despite my love for them, so I needed to take him to a professional to take a look. And strangely, the usual computer shop I take my machines to was closed down.So I was looking for somewhere else to take my business to, and I found Micro!The owners are two amazing brothers who were extremely kind, and were the fastest I've ever had service from when it came to my machines needing service. I was so thankful to have my computer back in just 48 hours, and they had given it a new power supply with some extra finishes that Totaled up to a reasonable price.I highly recommend Micro for anything hardware related, I know that one day when I plan on upgrading some parts. I'll be taking it to them to do the installation for me. Thank you Micro!

Needed to find a power cord for a television. Called and got friendly, helpful, and immediate assistance. Got the help I needed - drove there (it's around the corner from where Google maps "thinks" it is)... it is the next door past the Mattress place - and when I arrived - I had the part and invoice was already printed at a reasonable price. This store is - SUPER efficient and helpful. This is the place to think of when you need computers, monitors, and supporting peripherals at a reasonable price. KUDOS !

My husband has been going here for awhile now, they are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful .This is the first computer store I have gone to where I'm not made to feel dumb because I need help. I'm glad I came here to buy a laptop! I went in looking for a relatively inexpensive computer that would run art and editing programs, and was able to walk out with a refurbished Macbook Air that fit every single criteria I needed. After a few months of daily use I'm pleased to say that it works just as well as the day I bought it, with no signs of bloatware or the other problems that sometimes come with refurbished laptops. If you're looking for an honest place with decent prices, I'd definitely suggest checking Micro AZ
