I gave them a large deposit on Nov. 22 for kitchen cabinets and installation. They said it would take 5-6 weeks for cabinets to arrive. I hadn't heard anything from them so I started calling them and leaving messages on Feb.1st. They weren't responding so I went to the business. The doors were locked and a sign on the door said something like "sorry we missed you we are assisting other customers". I had to get a third party involved to get a response from them. When they removed the old cabinets a large patch of the texture was ripped off. I have never done demo before but if they would have taken a knife and scored by the edge of the cabinet it would not have happened. There was also a large (about 2'X4') hole in the ceiling. When I told the saiesman about the damage he nonchalantly said "Oh, well that happens." The cabinets look great, but I would not go thru the stress of dealing with them again. I still need to have the damages repaired.

This was a great Company when the original owner ran it. Now there is no one to answer the phone, Obviously no receptionist , They don't even Return calls. This Company is worthless company is going down the tube

Kevin Stout with Engrained Cabinetry & Countertops was wonderful. He went above and beyond to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted out of my kitchen remodel. We have a cabin in Grooms Creek in Prescott off Senator Hwy....and it was not easy to make this happen considering it was built in 1955 and had rock on the walls in the kitchen. His entire crew from the installers (Eppy) to the plumber (Peter) were so friendly and kind plus extremely knowledgeable. He listened to all that I wanted done and made it happen. I recommend KEVIN for any job you have relating to adding to your kitchen or entirely remodeling it. Kevin has become a friend to us now, and my husband and I loving our new space! His number is:

Jeff from Engrained Cabinetry in Cottonwood was wonderful to work with initially, however when we decided to not go with the contractor who referred us, he adamantly refused to do business with us. He did not even offer to refer to a colleague so he wouldn't "step on the toes of his good client." For this reason, I reached out to Engrained in Prescott and was greeted by Seth. He actively listened to the situation and worked very quickly with management to determine if he could take over the project. Seth responded in mere minutes with concurrence. I look forward to working with Seth as he has provided a greater amount of insight and understanding than the Cottonwood location. A word of advice for management, train Cottonwood on business ethics and realignment as needed, perhaps with your Prescott representative. We have many more projects and hope to have a good relationship with Prescott and get our home updated. Thank you again Seth for your additional insight. Update: Owner Tom called and reported he refuses to do business with me stating he does not deal with threats. I simply expressed I would write reviews and spread word of mouth about business integrity. Explaining to individuals to seek a company that listens and works with you is not a threat. Reviews are ways to expand business. Total disappointment.

Recently my family purchased a home in the Prescott Valley area. The original cabinets were installed by Engrained Cabinetry and Countertops. So, naturally I called Engrained to discuss adding additional cabinets to match what was already in the home. My first point of contact with Engrained was a WONDERFUL young man named, Parker W. Parker met with me and my husband to discuss our thoughts and walked us through the process. From that first contact with Parker to the proposal with detailed diagrams of the cabinets to the install was a seamless process. After the install, a gentleman from Engrained (sorry, can't recall his name) came to inspect the installation. He has such a keen eye for detail that he noticed a couple of areas where 'scribe' (trim) should have been added and he insured this was taken care in short order. Every single person that we communicated with at Engrained Cabinetry was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. There were no hidden cost or unexpected delay. After the initial install, we decided to add another cabinet from Engrained and the experience was the same. I would not hesitate to use this fine company for future cabinet needs. If you are a builder anywhere in the southwest or even just a person remodeling your home, you should definitely get your cabinets and countertops here.I know people who got cabinets here. Haven't got mine yet.

I worked with the Prescott Valley store and specifically with Parker Wheeldon. He was so professional, prompt and courteous. We had recently purchased a townhome and wanted cabinets in our laundry room, a couple of bathrooms and an interesting area called, 'key drop'. This is a small area in a hallway that had lower cabinets. Above these cabinets was a wall sconce only. Very strange to me. Parker came up with an idea of how cabinets would work on each side of the sconce and it turned out perfect. All of the staff at Engrained were nice to work with. They kept me up-to-date on the cabinet completion dates and install dates. The install team too was punctual, worked hard to make sure I was happy with the height of the upper cabinets. The cabinets make such a difference, give me more storage space and I believe from an investment standpoint, add value to the property. Since Engrained install all of the cabinets in my townhome when it was built in 2017, I only wanted to work with them for these new additional cabinets. That was a great decision! Thank you Engrained.

Start to finish, a great experience. Brian was knowledgeable about all of his products and we ended up replacing our kitchen and bar tops with quartz. The scheduling was easy and the project was completed ahead of expectation. Raul is an amazing installer. We couldn’t be happier with the service, quality and follow-through from engrained. Will absolutely be using them in the future.

Great product and value add to our home that has limited storage space. We had an issue with the installation and were worried that it would end up in a dispute. It did not and the opposite occurred. They came out promptly to investigate. They owned the issue and corrected it quickly and even better than the original. Mistakes happen in any business but the true measure of a business is how they handle those unfortunate circumstances. They went over and above for us!! I highly recommend!

My wife and I are building a new home and we hired Engrained Cabinetry to design, furnish and install all of our cabinets. We met with Ann from the Flagstaff office. She was able to help us thru the Design Stage and followed all the way thru the Installation Stage. She was always available to meet or phone calls and visited the site even though it was over an hour away from her office. The installation went on-time and smooth with two very professional installers. They also followed up on performing an inspection and door adjustments as needed. The entire Engrained TEAM made this part of building a smooth and easy process. Thank you all Gene and Kim.
