If you don't like Costco and everything about it. There's something wrong with you. I love it and if I were able I'd work there. It's the best run company anywhere!

I had waited a couple days after submitting a prescription refill request, and when I checked the status online, it said Costco was waiting for confirmation from my vet, which had actually been faxed over the same day that I made the refill request. I called Costco, and they confirmed that my script has indeed been ready. Now my dog is several days overdue for her inconteinence meds, and she's peeing all over the house. When I expressed this concern I received no apology, just a deflection from the person who helped me that she's only here once a month so it's not her problem. I was thinking of getting a membership, but I don't want to spend money to receive terrible customer service. I'll probably end up switching to another pharmacy that's further from me, just so I don't have to return.

Their online capability is really, really poor. I had better luck with Sam's Pharmacy online portal. They have the Costco support and separately Costco pharmacy support and blame each other for problems.

I live in both AZ and in IL - with my Dr in IL and a brand name medication that no other pharmacy in Prescott can fill, I had some issues and made quite a few phone calls. But, Costco came through! Everyone I have spoken to on the phone (Bart & Jessica in particular) are professional and accommodating. When picking up or dropping off prescriptions, the pharmacy is busy but the line has gone fast and once again, the people who worked with me were friendly and knowledgable.

We recently moved to Arizona from California and after quite the ordeal with my CA pharmacy and Walgreens here in AZ, I went about trying to get my meds transferred to Costco. I just wanted to take a moment to give a shout-out to Roman in the Prescott Costco Pharmacy. He went above and beyond for me and was so incredibly patient and helpful. I wanted to thank him in person when I picked up my medicine yesterday, but they were very busy. I'm so happy there are still good people out there who really care about customer service!
