I repair iPhones but was out of town and my husband dropped his phone and had broken the screen, so he had to take it somewhere and unfortunately he brought it here. They were late getting it done and he had to call and ask about it. So a week later, we are in Florida and his battery dies and of course, I did the replacement but when I opened the phone, I almost fell over. I find 6 free range screws and some kind of liquid specks all over the components of the inside that looked to be food related…like someone sneezed while repairing it while eating something with barbecue sauce or left their work station and left the phone exposed…I was so perplexed…this phone was directly from Apple and that was the first repair on it!! How do you even?? I’m shocked none of the screws got caught between the battery and the back or front causing swelling or puncturing it!! So my husband walked around with this phone that could have blown up anytime…I can’t believe whoever worked on this phone knew what they were doing. No way. I wonder how many people are walking around with similar issues and are completely unaware?? Bad business, boys…very, very bad.

They fixed a broken screen on an iphone 11 for less than the deductible and in a couple hours. Instant gratification. If I made a warranty claim they would have had my phone for a week.

Don’t come here for screen repair I went in to repair my iPhone screen and when I got back I noticed that the screen was protruding and then noticed the the colors were muted and brightness was low I had an older iPhone that I was using in the meantime with me so I compared the two with the worker showing that the quality was not what I was promised he was nice at first but began to get passive aggressive saying things like all I can do is put the broken one back on or you can pay” and “it’s not my fault, I wasn’t the one that broke it” under his breath highly advise you don’t come here

Kinda over priced in my opinion and they rarely answer the phone. They do however get back to you within a day or two.

I called their store 2 weeks ago to have a screen repair they ordered screen the day I called and told me it should be there by next Wednesday I called the following week and they were able to track the order and told me it was in transit to their location should be there Thursday or Friday so a week later on Wednesday I never received a call even though they had me leave my number to call and tell me when its there now the guy is saying he can't track it it's on back order and just overall wasted my time and energy the dude I had previously spoken too seemed like lots of help this other guy had not a single clue on what I was talking about and couldn't help me just go to \\\"U break I fix\\\" they offered me a screen repair 40$ cheaper than \\\"we fix it phone repair\\\" very disappointed and unprofessional

Went here needing an iPhone screen replacement. Received courteous service, but the screen wasn’t fixed correctly-when texting it would “hit” multiple buttons at once. Went back, next screen was even worse. They offered to put my cracked screen back on...went elsewhere and it was fixed on the first try. I won’t be back...

Great place for iPhones cracked screens. Very reasonable. Not so for androids with cracked screens tho. They suggested another store but they were the same cost $200.

I was early for my appointment and Dave took my phone, asked a couple of questions and said it would be ready in about one hour. I returned about 10 minutes early and it was ready! Replaced screen glass and phone is perfect...looks and works like it is brand new.

Took awhile, but I found this place in PV for my iPhone 7 battery. Very polite and helpful on the phone and in the store!Best price in town and had it done in an hour!I highly recommend and will be back!
