Called to inquire about a PO Box and the woman on the phone was very rude. She was very curt and robotic sounding. Zero help.

The absolute worst post office ever. Order several items from Amazon, some of them sent through USPS. We do not have a mailbox because we do not receive mail, but can't receive our packages because we don't have a mailbox. Completely ridiculous. Was told a notice is usually left, there wasn't one. Went to pick up at this post office the next day and was told it was already sent back to sender because they don't have capacity to store packages. My husband has asked for the recommended policy on what we should do twice, either get our packages at our PO box or put up a mailbox that will never be used, with no answer and a promised call back that we have never received. Worst and rudest post office I have ever seen.

I've been here countless times over the last 10 years and have setup a new mailbox with them for a new construction house. I can't say if I'd be giving a 5 star rating if it wasn't for Tanya, she has always been very helpful and knowledgeable when asked a question. My wife's experience with the postmaster is similar to other reviews..

The postmaster Brenda is horribly rude and gave zero customer service should not be working with people and randy the guy up front has no idea what he’s doing and made me feel very uncomfortable and felt like I shouldn’t have asked any questions about my order that was sent there by accident instead of my post office, instead of paying attention and seeing the problem they wanna play the d*** game they knew that they gave my package away without checking to see if it was in the right zip code and when asked if there was something I could do they shrugged they shoulders and gave me a smirk there needs to be some evaluating these two cause there not worth a penny

Moving to the country takes some adjustment. There are a few rules to know. If you’re in a hurry, no you’re not. If you think you can get mail or packages delivered to your house, no you can’t. If you think the alternative of having a PO Box is affordable, no it isn’t. When Amazon says it was delivered, it was, but it won’t be distributed for another day or 3. If you think you can get heavy or XL packages at the post office, no you can’t. Also if you think you can get a polite postmaster on the phone, no, you most definitely can’t. There is one lovely, sweet, and helpful lady that does work there, and she should be in charge. God help you if you get the other one.

I am a local business owner serviced by this post office. Any time one of my tenants came in to ask a question about Mail the post, mistress, slanders uS tries to defame the character of the business and tries to cause harm. This is ridiculous. She cannot run things her own way. She Has to do things by the book. she is out of control at the least.

The rudest experience I’ve ever had at a post office. Called for a simple question and they were extremely rude and dismissive. Be better.

The staff at this location are always helpful and usually on top of things. This particular visit was off brand when they forgot I was there and gathered in the back to have a nice chat with each other. At least they were embarrassed when they realized I was there waiting.

Terrible customer service by the manager staff members are afraid to smile and talk to customersthe postmaster should transfer to a big post office so she would have to work with a lot more people to see how bad her attitude is and maybe quit can't fire her that would be to easy

In the last month we have had a birthday card that had money stolen out of it and now we got an empty box delivered without any sunglasses in it. All to a PO box, losing trust in this location and trying to file claims.
