After relocating here to Prescott in 2014 I left a great computer repair Guy in the State that I left behind. I needed a computer guy right away after moving here and tried the Geeks and two other businesses here in Prescott before finding Tri City Computers...Greg Eddols is a standup honest man and really knows his business. Over the years he has helped my wife and myself through several computer issues and always for a very fair price. My hard drive died and I just wasn't ready to buy a new computer! After talking with Greg, I took my all-in-one in to Tri-City. He replaced my old hard drive with a new SSD, installed Windows, performed full diagnostics and had it all up and working again for me the same day! And for a very reasonable price!! Greg is very personable, highly skilled and a very honest guy. Future computer problems? I’ll definitely take mine to Tri-city.

Tri-City, my new resource for every computer-related need! I called all local computer stores to discuss reasons in my decision to either upgrade/update my old laptop or simply purchase a new computer for personal use. Greg at Tri-City was not only the only one to answer the phone directly (PC Works has some sort of triple-tiered voice mail system - which made me hang up before ever reaching anyone!), but was very real from the start, incredibly practical and spoke at my level of understanding without having to ask a slew of questions. Once in the store, you will know this is a man who knows his business and knows what his customers want and need. You just need to experience this for yourself! This was the first completely painless experience I have ever had within this purview. It was actually quite fun! In the end, I did get a new computer and I was able to navigate through everything needed with his assistance in the store. The man is incredibly knowledgeable, witty - and for a business man, ethically sound. I recommend; I endorse Tri-City to anyone who is seeking the perfect computer at the best price! If you value your time and money, go to Tri-City!

My resource for PC info and repairs. Just off Rt 69 at Navajo and East on frontage road; these guy's know their stuff and are fair and honest. Lot's of lo cost refurbished equipment too!

Found them on a Facebook search. Told them what I needed was told to bring it in. Went to there shop handed over my laptop and within 15 minutes I was back in business. My battery was replaced and I was on my way home. Great business nice folks. Sure glad I went to these guys. I highly recommend them for all your computer needs.

I've used these guys twice now when looking for used equipment. Both times, they had exactly what I needed, educated me on how to use it, and sold me a very quality product for a more than reasonable price. These guys are magicians. Greg is especially patient with "older" newbies in this high-tech age. During the pressures of moving to the new location and other interruptions, he adroitly moved my old HP Notebook, and this desperate octogenarian, into the highspeed lane, with affordable rates anddelivery as promised. This place is amazing! Greg is extremely helpful he is very knowledgeable about all computer and laptop and software. He has fixed my laptop screens, he updated my PC. Has really great prices and always gets the jobs done in a reasonable time!! This is the only place I go for my electronics.

Highly recommend this company! Our printer and solar system monitor have been down since our ISP installed a new modem/router about 2 months ago because the wi-fi failed on the old one. Greg came to our home and in a little over an hour found the problem the ISP created, fixed the issue and had them up and running again. Price he charged was very reasonable and we are extremely happy with the results.
