Great experience. They replaced the rack and pinion on my 2018 Titan Pro 4X and did a great job. I had 2 other estimates and they were the best value by far. They will be my first call from now on.

I pulled in to the parking lot and Jonathan walked out to greet me. Super friendly, very knowledgeable and knew what would be compatible with my vehicle model without even looking it up. The shop was very clean. Great conversation while installing my replacement battery. He gave me the best possible deal and got me out quick. Highly recommend.

Had my serpentine belt replaced as well as a couple filters and an oil change. After shopping around, Southwest had the best prices. Could not be happier with the service and the friendly staff. The reviews are true and I’m lucky to live so close to an honest auto repair shop.
