I inadvertently got some adware on my computer the other day that locked it up and wouldn't let me do anything. I called and she walked me through disarming it over the phone. I can't say how grateful I was for the help. If I ever have any issues with my computer, this is definitely where I will take it.

I found this a very professional company that helped me get my computer replaced and I was back in business in less than 24 hours. My computer crashed unexpectedly and I was in the midst of an important project. Being without a computer was very problematic and PC Works jumped on it and saved my bacon. So appreciative of their help.

These guys are the best! My cat knocked over a protein shake all over my MacBook Air, and they were able to get it cleaned and back to me within two days! They were so friendly and have wonderful customer service! As an out of town customer, I always look at reviews for areas I travel to work in…and I’m so glad I found this business! I highly recommend them!!!

These folks are super friendly and professional. my Mom accidentally got porn spam on her note book popping up all the time and was embarrased to go to anyone to get it removed. We made an appointment with PC Works. after we showed up they made my Mom feel at ease about the situation and fixed the problem quickly. they even cleaned up all her other cookies and junk and improved the notebooks performance. they never said a word about the problem or made my Mom feel bad because her notebook was kinda old. highly recommend these folks for all your computer needs!

Both guys were nice. Over priced but when your in a pinch you have not choice. Was disappointed I got no paperwork with the new computer I bought nor was I shown how anything worked on the new computer.

Fast forward 7 years and the PC Works is still our go-to computer service shop. From their early days in a garage to their new tech space in Prescott, the service remains top notch. Thanks to Jonah for the great service on 2 laptops. Highly recommend.Thanks again to PC Works! and Josh for the great new laptop for my husband, and for getting it set up on his docking station and getting all his files transferred over. Also great for the routine maintenance on my laptop. The ease of getting an appointment made and the professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness of everyone keeps us coming back. Great job!

Took my MacBook to these experts to fix after the Geek Squad (Prescott Store) couldn't get the new version of WORD installed and also destroyed Google Chrome during several remote international logins (Panama, India, and Colombia) attempts. I found Jonah very professional and Zion followed up with a courteous phone call when all had been repaired.PC Works will be my first stop when I'm ready to buy a new computer.

A computer is very necessary to my 96 year old dad’s social and mental well being and as his was not working correctly, we asked PC Works for assistance. They checked it out and found it was going to cost more to fix than to replace. They had a refurbished one that they delivered to Dad and spent time with him explaining the different set up.
