These place is a joke, they couldn’t make a 3D flower and a white tip set of nails, they did the worst set off nails in my daughter, plus really bad customer service

They said they could do a French tip pedicure and then couldn’t. It looked really awful so I went with plain color. Charged me $78!!!! Really disappointed as these were for my anniversary. The last time I came in was for a manicure and they did not even clean my cuticles. They also did my sisters nails extremely sloppy. :( Spent my husbands hard earned money on something I didn’t even want :/

Could not get service. I was a walk in so expected to wait and than an hour later and they were taking other walk+ins behind me ahead of me so I walked out. Won't go back!

This is NOT the nail salon where you get great customer service, a relaxing experience and beautiful nails! I had the most awful experience at Lynn’s Nails yesterday and will never return. I left humiliated, shocked, angry, in tears, with $75 less in my wallet and the same natural, non manicured nails that I walked in with.
Ultimately, I was told that my nails were bumpy, too short, I get them done too often and Lynn said she “deals” with customers (apparently like me) all the time.
The reality is that I get my nails done max 3-4 times a year before a special occasion. I have typical nails that I usually keep short as it’s easier to type when I work. Normal stuff!
A male nail tech tried to start a full set when I was clear before he even started that I just wanted a gel manicure on my natural nails. He placed the glue and the nail tip on and I had to stop him. He was not skilled in the manicure or actual polishing. He dug into dry cracked skin on my fingertip (from washing hands frequently) until I had to tell him I was in pain. The bottle of polish appeared old, very used and with polish all over the outside of the bottle. His polishing technique left anything but smooth polish on my nails and he polished right over onto my skin.
Worse yet, he didn’t offer any real solution to help make it a quality job except to tell me that he’s not working with me, got up quickly and handed me over to Lynn. Instead of talking to me, he made a scene by doing that and it was incredibly embarrassing! I remained quiet and calm, hoping that maybe they’d remove the polish and perhaps use another good polish and re-do it correctly. Instead, Lynn made it clear that they would not remove the polish.
They both took zero responsibility for any error. They 100% blamed me for the way it turned out, even while I was in tears. Lynn’s solution was to cover it all up with bright colors or just glitter… What?!
I asked Lynn to please remove the polish which she did… aggressively and with an abrasive nail drill as I flinched from pain. She was expressionless the entire time. She continued to go back and forth, trying to “deal” with me and check out other customers. She asked me while I was in tears if my mom still wanted her nails painted. Umm.. no?! My 6 year old daughter already had her mani/pedi by a skilled nail tech, luckily. A total of $75 later, we left and will never return.
The lack of decency, compassion and customer service skills was astounding to me. Not once was I offered any helpful solutions or even a simple apology. Needless to say, I’ll never return. What was supposed to be a fun mani/pedi afternoon for the 3 of us girls, turned into the worst service experience I’ve had in a very long time. At this point, I just hope that someone else sees this review and is able to avoid the same awful experience that I had today.

Made an appointment for 3:00 wasn’t seen until 3:40.
So maybe walk-ins are better to do.
But I think their names are Steven and Tommy. Both amazing.
This was a treat for my daughter and I.
I was impressed.
We just got the basic pedicures.
For 2 was $68
So $34 a piece isn’t too bad :)))

I absolutely LOVE getting my nails done at Lynn's nail spa! The staff is always so friendly and my nails always look beautiful when I leave! I would highly recommend going to Lynn's for all your nails service needs!

I love going to Lynn’s. But the pricing is very inconsistent. I always get the same thing and some times it’s $25 and sometimes it’s $55. They don’t have any set prices or prices posted for services. My nails always look great but I never know what I’ll be charged. I would really like it if they posted prices for things.

They did a terrible job. Some are squared with rounded with the corners rounded.
Others filed way down and rounded. I asked for rounded. They charged 50 and offered to fix if I worked around their schedule. The response was that everything has gone up in price that's why 50. The price outrageous for such a poor job and no accommodation to fix them. Stay away, they are very indifferent.

We love Lynn’s and several people that work there. They are fairly consistent and offer fair prices. The only negatives are, the techs are always running late and they are pretty limited on what they can do or will even try to do. In a recent visit my daughter asked for a couple of different designs and they said no to both and offered her “French tips” which wasn’t even close to what she wanted. If you want consistent plain nails, this place is great. If you want a little more modern or interesting nails, better try somewhere else.
