Jeanette was very thorough when she did my Mom's taxes today. This is the third year Mom has been going to her. She takes time to explain things in a way that you can understand. Today she answered questions Mom had about Mom's installation of energy efficient windows & when she could submit the receipts on her taxes. She had all the answers. Will definitely go to Jeanette next year!

Been going to Hal for six years. Things have changed at that office. We couldn't get answers to basic tax questions. I had to point out two mistakes that were being made while my return was being prepared. I had to ask for the voucher to pay my taxes or I wouldn't have gotten it. Then the clincher, a simple return with a modest schedule C costs over 425 dollars, nearly 3 times more than we have ever paid in the past. We were floored. After years of going to Hal we said our farewells. As a veteran who was trying to support a veteran owned business we left in utter disgust.

This place is very unprofessional. Jeanette filed our taxes incorrectly stating we could file joint returns even though we were not married. But the question her boss told her she should have asked if we had lived in another state that recognized common law marriage which she never asked. So now filing single amended returns for IRS and AZ State were than also filed incorrectly and end up owing the state after they made a correction to the state return. We called to make an appointment with Hal. I told Bob I would not deal with Jeanette again because she was very rude and unprofessional. Than going in to the office with a letter from the IRS, Hal and Bob refused to help with the situation that Jeanette created. Said we should have never filed joint and I said exactly trying to put the blame on us and if they called the IRS it would cost us $250... Bob than told us to leave his office or he would call the cops... He was not hearing any thing I was explaining to him and got hostile.

**Warning** They have no idea how to file taxes correctly. My taxes were not only filed incorrectly but any effort in trying to fix the issues lands solely on yourself. Trying to get ahold of them, even over the phone, is frustrating to say the least and completely pointless by the end of your conversation. They are clearly over their heads and are not fully capable or compedent.*Note* EG Tax personal are not tax professionals just opportunist making a quick buck regardless if the job is done correctly or not.

The lady who did our taxes messed it up and intered wrong information so I will never go there again . go somewhere where they actually pay attention to what they are doing.
