Very professional service. They completed an estimate quickly. Once all the parts arrived I dropped off my truck. During the repair process they kept me up to date and informed. Once they found they needed more parts they ordered them and notified me. Great experience , highly recommend.

Worst body shop experience I’ve ever had, they cut so many corners and did a terrible job on the repair on my 2022 GMC Sierra. They used defective after market parts instead of using OEM parts that weren’t defective. They didn’t even fully put my truck back together properly, I’ve been having some issues with my truck ever since CarStar touched it. To top it off while they were tearing down my truck for the initial repairs they didn’t tighten the bracket for my horn which I had to have the dealership do when I brought it to them because I was having issues with my horn sounding like it was submerged in water, they also broke the bracket that holds down my battery and instead of replacing it they reinstalled it broken leading to further mechanical problems that I once again had to have the dealership fix only to find out there was more cosmetic issues that they never addressed or did sloppy work on and covered it up. When I reached out to my insurance company to register a complaint with the work they performed no one from CarStar ever reached out to me to rectify the problems, I have very little faith after how they did the work the first time around that they’d fix my truck properly the second time around. They installed a defective after market front bumper, broke my battery bracket and reinstalled it broken and never put my inner fender liner back together properly which has caused my tires to have a wear spot on the inside. I hope by leaving this review they’ll finally contact me to rectify the problems before I have to seek legal counsel to fix the repairs they performed on my truck.

Went in for an estimate and Dawn helped me & it was very easy & I walked out with a printed estimate within 30 minutes. Grant was always really nice and helpful on the phone. I felt like he went above and beyond helping me get a bigger suv rental from enterprise to Carstar to make my drop off smoother. Communication was always there & my vehicles repair was flawless, thorough, all around excellent service.

I highly recommend Quality Collision Carstar. The entire team was friendly, helpful and professional. Their communication was outstanding. I received detailed updates at least twice a week and if something unexpected occurred, such as when the factory sent the wrong part, delaying the completion date, I was contacted by phone with this vital information. This was the 2nd time in two years I was rear-ended and Carstar even went so far as to fix some damage that another repair shop did not repair properly. Now that is great service!
