Terrible Service ! They had my T.V. for almost 4 Months ! They never answer the phone ever ! Then when they did have my T.V. Ready wanted to charge me $20 to run my Debit Card ?? They said they wanted a Check.... Who still writes Check's ! I had to go to my Bank and get a Temporary Check that my Bank charged me $5 to Print and Specifically told me to tell you to cash within 36 hours ! Then I get home hook it up and it's not fixed at all ! 1 Speaker now doesn't work and it has a Weird 2 tone thing going on ! Then they waited for over a week to process the check ! I told them run the check in 36 hours ASAP ! The Check Bounces ! We spoke about it and I told them I will try to get their when I can and that the T.V. isn't fixed at all ! They acted like I was Lieing to them ? So instead of having a civil conversation about it ? They call the next day and leave 2 Threatening Voicemails ! Saying they are going to press Felony Charges on me for Writing Bad Checks ! That I'm Dodging them and how he use to be a Land Lord and knows the signs ? I've called you several times ! Yet you never answer the phone EVER ! EVER ! I even sent you E - Mails ! And you CANNOT Leave Messages with your Business ! I live over an hour away from your Business or I would of been their already ! Sry I cant load a 75" Television fast enough for you ? What's your plan when I bring back the T.V. ? Instead of being a good Business and fixing it and covering the charges for wasting the Customers time and Gas ! You want to Hold it Hostage until I pay you Right ? Your a Terrible Business ! And need to get with the Times ! I waited well over 90 days for you ? Yet you can't wait a week for me ? Terrible Terrible Terrible Shame on You.... I see all these Great Reviews and that has NOT been my Experience at ALL !

Took my dad's 55" tv, the screen had gone black. BnG fixed it and works like a charm. Much cheaper than buying a new one! Highly recommened!

I was very impressed with their responsiveness and expertise. We had a backlighting failure on our 65" LCD TV, mounted on the wall, and no one else would even touch it. These guys came and picked it up, fixed it, and helped us get it remounted. I would recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful service on our tv. Drove out to the house in Coyote Springs and got the tv running within minutes. Best 59.00 I have ever spent. I would recommend them to anyone.
