This is the worst customer service you will ever get in a Walgreens pharmacy the lack of courtesy and communication I called to verify my medicine was ready per Dr orders to pick up the day before surgery once getting there to pick up they didn’t have and had to reput in the systems causing me to wait asked for manager who said he clearly cleared it out this morning he deleted them all this morning hence prior to my call at a 11 am and because she didn’t place a note in it he had 117 to delete causing a delay when asked for the manager he said he is the manager and my best bet calling 1 800 Walgreens smh this pharmacy by far the worst pharmacy ever just save your time an d choose a different Walgreens will be worth the extra drive to receive better service elsewhere than at this Walgreens I’d place a zero but had choose a star to even post this

I came in to grab photos i had developed 3 weeks ago. The slip they gave me told me i could pick them up today after 5pm. Today i come in and this nice lady with long hair tells me they were barely sent out 5 days ago and could take another 2 weeks. Absolutely ridiculous im now expected to wait almost a month and a half for photos because the lazy workers forgot to send out my cameras?? Do better walgreens this is unfair.

Went to the pharmacy waited in line and pulled up to the window at 558 the woman waited until 6 to come to the window to say if you weren’t at the window at 6 then we are closed when she actually just closed early. Not cool.

The pharmacy has terrible service, they told me that my medication would be ready in 30 to 45 minutes and I returned after 45 minutes and they told me that it was not ready yet, I had to wait 15 minutes more and in the end they told me that they did not have the medication available.
They transferred my medication to another Walgreens and when I arrived they only told me one of my medications because they did not transfer the other one.

the employees are really friendly, but the manager whos name is daniel is really rude and he raised his voice at me in front of other people at the store telling me thats all of my transactions had to be used at the same time and not on different occasions and i buy these products for my dad whos currently ill and cant leave the house, he also got mad at me for using MY coupons that Walgreens gives me overall really upset with the manager and his unfriendly demeanor, dont know how people like him end up in a higher up position

Called in a prescription and got the call that it's ready for pickup. I see that they close at 6pm and closed for the weekend so I leave work to pick up at 2:30 and they are CLOSED . Apparently the pharmacist is on vacation and they had coverage this morning and someone else was supposed to show up but did not. Of course they can't transfer my prescription either. I've had issues in the past here so this is the last straw. Pulling my prescription immediately. Never coming back here again.

Contacted them for film callers photos for over a year and they still managed to lose and throw away my photos / get them developed literally anywhere

I call to see if my prescriptions was ready the guy who answered the phone was not polite, they need people with better customer or give them training on how to provide good customer service
