Probably depends on the type of artist you go see but I had a great experience. Had a problem with someone in the crowd and they actually cared and did something about it. Seems like the staff cares about their vendors and patrons.

Cozy little venue. It's on the smaller side so performances are more intimate. Tons of audience interaction with the band, crowd surfing, and you can get right up next to the stage if you're hoping to get a killer selfie while the band performs. Venue security seemed very chill. Bartenders were cool. There's a little outdoor patio out back where you can have a smoke or talk with friends. Parking at the location is limited but you can basically park in any of the neighborhoods nearby, so long as there's no parking enforcement signs telling you otherwise.

Small and nice venue that I've been to a couple of times over the years. One of the only venues in Phoenix where the security guards aren't pushy or all in your face. I also love the outdoor area where you can take a break from all the dancing. I LOVE that they put ice water out for everyone instead of making you pay like $5 for a bottle of water. Really like this venue and location. I also love that there's a Juliobertos right across the street when you get the post dance cravings.

Cool small venue. Staff can definitely be aggressive out of no where. Security in front isn’t that friendly so you get a bad vibe just walking in. They need to learn how to stress manage if they’re working at a concert venue. I’ve been to better and friendlier venues. Probably won’t be coming back.

A lovely intimate bar and show room. I saw a poetry Slam here which I loved, great energy, common bar drinks and great people. Will be going again very soon

This venue has great quality control standards for talent. While some shows may not be my preferred genre (death metal, etc.), the production value and bar services are great.

This is a very special small venue that has the right vibes for Arizona. If you get the chance to come to a show here you're in for a really fun evening! If you need ear plugs the bartenders tend to have them so you just have to ask.

First time to emo night here and had a blast, usually not up to small spaces but felt very comfortable. Staff is friendly and atmosphere is welcoming. Definitely coming back for more.

Fantastic concert venue! If an artist you love is swinging through, DON'T MISS OUT!! Acoustics are fantastic, bartenders are generous, and everyone has a good time!

I've gone to Rebel Lounge for about three events and they all had completely different vibes and demographics. The first event I went to was AZ Special Tea's 21+ K-pop Night where they had a DJ playing the coolest K-pop songs. I was dancing with my friends and made a lot of new friends as well. The fandom made the rather small, intimate venue really special and fun. The second event I attended there was a concert for Meet Me @ The Alter, a three member "girl band" that I'd been listening to for a while. Since the venue is general admission with an area designated for drinking, I remember having to ask the people around me to hold my spot so I could buy and finish my drink in the back. Oddly enough, I was able to get a new spot in the front middle and make a hand heart with the lead singer, Edith Victoria. The third, and most recent, event I attended here was Emo Night. This event is usually either hosted at Rebel Lounge or Nile Theatre and I'm glad I went to my first emo night at Rebel Lounge. Much like K-Pop night, there was a DJ playing fan favorites from the emo, pop-punk and post hardcore genres. While the crowd wasn't as friendly and sociable as K-Pop Night (lol) it was still a good space. The outdoor patio was full of people cooling off from jamming out to their favorite songs in their black, layered clothing. The events were all vastly different, but the service and quality of drinks stayed the same. I always get taken care of by the bartenders and the drinks are always delicious and refreshing after all that dancing! I usually come around the location for the dance studio across the street, but I can't wait to visit this wholesome venue for more events.

Very cool venue. Death metal is my thing, and I have seen a lot of shows in a lot of great venues, but this last show at the rebel lounge was honestly the best show I've been to due to the size and sound quality. Drove all the way from Vegas to see the show and I was a little nervous about the area and venue but it was great all the way around. The staff was patient and friendly, as were the bartenders. Incantation and suffocation were the headliners and the sound quality melted faces. Thanks for supporting death metal, I'll definitely be back!
