Hear me out this place used to have five stars from me I have met many managers even to the point where I have become friends with them and let me just say this I have been a regular employee assistant manager a store manager and I've also been a district manager before I've heard in the 4 years of me living in Arizona multiple times that the managers are doing what they need to do I've seen it but it's not the manager's issue the issue is the company itself I love coming here it's really convenient however one thing that companies do is they will let certain people go bring new ones in to make it seem like the lack of responsibility from the company is coming from the company and it's coming from their employees instead this is not the case I've been here when Steve used to be the store manager everything was up and running everything was on point didn't really have any issues if he had any issues it was fixed within 48 hours or the next day but based on my experience here the employees are doing what they need to do but my question is is the company doing what a company should be doing to keep a car wash afloat because what I have basically been seeing in the past just 3 weeks is that the employees are doing everything that they can but yet the company itself is not doing the best that they can as someone who has been in customer service for over 10 years if there needs to be maintenance done at a location you hire more employees for maintenance so you can get your company up and running and you keep it strong not let maintenance show up a week or two later if you're that far behind on maintenance you need to hire more maintenance cruise to come to your location the employees love their job here they're doing everything that they can I see it everyday cuz I come here everyday but the company based on what I've seen on a customer experience level has literally shown that they are just trying to barely keep this location afloat or they are considering on shutting down the location and if it was up to me based on my experience as a manager an assistant and even a district manager but I got something to say to the owner you want your business to thrive then don't be greedy because of how much money you're making start putting that money into your company hire more maintenance Crews and in my personal opinion if it was up to me I would shut this location down I would redo the entire car wash I would upgrade it to a better belt system because there is a better one out there the owner just chooses not to install it and then I would reopen the store when everything is brand new Straight Out of the Box your vacuums need to be replaced maintenance only does so much your belts to push the cars through needs to be replaced or you need to have a flat conveyor belt that people can drive on without something having to push the tire from behind your fan is constantly going out I have had leftover soap on my car long story short the issue you guys is not with the employees it is not with the management it's with the company itself so the next time you make a complaint direct that complaint to the owner don't Target the employees that work here

Convenient location But that’s it the vacuum suck there. I still had Blue soap on my car, but it’s the vacuums for thinking of canceling my subscription I heard the one on seventh Street is just as bad The people are always fine. The vacuums always suck.

The car wash itself was fine. I was very irritated with the kid who wouldn't stop asking me to buy their monthly plan. If we say no to these things, it means no. It doesn't mean to be a jackass an ask the question 4 more times.

I purchased the $25 unlimited package. During the month I have had it there were locations closed, unprofessional service, and I had some real concerns for equipment that breaks down.

This grandma had to do own vacuuming cuz the staff did not do it , thumbs down if you do get service check the work I even have the 29 dallor monthly superstar I don’t recommend, the staff need to be taught

Great place with competitive pricing, the current system they have certainly has its share of complications (conveyor issues, some mechanisms of the place not working) but as far as I can tell they're relatively proactive about maintaining the washing system now so hopefully we should see those complications taper off as time goes on :)

Huge mistake here. I just purchased a monthly package from this place for 29.99 and I was so disappointed to go around the corner and saw trash all around. Most of the vacuums don't work, lucky me I found the golden vacuum but it was probably 70% plugged. I was just able to get my interior vacuumed.
I went in to the office and talked to a guy that was very rude and disrespectful. I asked if they had a rest room and said "no, piss outside" and pointed him finger out towards the lot.
I know I've been to other superstar car wash and never saw the trash like here, and most of their vacuums worked. I think and hope it's only isolated to this place. What a shame to say the least.

I’ve been to this car wash before and I have been to many others. I know the steps. During the car wash the conveyor belt stopped and then it started rolling backwards. I stepped on the brakes hoping that would help but it didn’t and my car hit the car behind me. I talked to the person that was behind me after we got out of the tunnel than I talked to the employee who is in charge and explained to him what had happened. He told me he needed to look at the recording. He did show me partial of the recording .He told me I put it in reverse. I told him my car was in neutral. I wanted him to show me the back taillights. I asked if I could talk to his manager and his response was I am the manager. I asked to talk to his supervisor? He said NO. He gave me a piece of paper that I could barely read. He was rude and simply didn’t care. If there is a problem with the conveyor belt and choose to ignore this then who says it won’t happen again.
