Personnel was great in both departments I dealt with and the service was excellent. It looked like there would be a long wait but getting both x-rays and an ultrasound only took an hour. Good job! Stephanie Michaksy is a treasure, she cares. Give her a BIG raise and never let her go. She made a challenging experience so much more rewarding!!!

Got there at 3:20 to have an xray done only to be told they were no longer taking walk ins. Your hours show 8:30-4:30 walk ins are welcomed. Girl at front desk was rude

Terrible company. I scheduled an MRI through them and they assured me that they would give me plenty of time a week in advance to get any information pertinent before my MRI with my cardiologist. 2 days before my appointment they still haven't done anything and said they don't talk to my cardiologist what? I could go on but trust me this place doesn't know what they're doing find someplace else.

The worst experience ever. Staff is rude and rough with the patients. Office looks like a back alley abortion clinic. Had imaging performed a week ago and still no results. Don’t walk. Run! Stay away from Simon Med. Go to SMIL where you will be treated like you matter.

Very upset at this location, my mother went in to ask a simple question about a bill she got over the mail and she just wanted to show the receptionists that she had already paid her copay the day she went in but she paid in cash and she had the receipt in her hand. To show proof, the front desk lady didn’t even try to understand pointed for a number for my mother to call and just very rudely shut her down and didn’t even try to help. I understand you are busy but my mother went all the way to the office to address her concern for someone to just push her away and not even care. Very rude and unpleasant front staff.

My husband took my 6 year old daughter to get x rays and the nurse (male) ask my husband to get out of the room to scan alone and the answer was NO, I don’t feel comfortable with that type of service by a health care provider or to think they can ask such obvious questions . Kids are not allowed to be with out a parent .

I had 3 appointments to finally get 1 scan. They canceled 2 appointments and on the third the technician had problems getting the machine to work
