Had bilateral hip X-rays a week ago. Still no results. I waited almost 2 hours. I called today and was told the study was still waiting to be read. WTH...never again will I go to Simon Med ?????

Very good service from the lady at the reception, it took about half an hour to get through but there were several patients who were not there when I arrived and the doctor who did the ultrasound was very attentive, explaining everything to me.

The wait was long...trying for 2days and many Simon meds, finally with all the running around to labs after labs with the employees telling me where to go, and got there and they could not do the lumbar xrays.

I would highly recommend going to any other location than this one. Waited two hours for an x-ray when there was only one person ahead of me. It doesn't take 2 hours to that an x-ray, review it, send it to whomever, and prep for the next patient. Did I mention they never sent the report to provider? More of my time waisted.
