Came here to get gas on a full-time Lyft driver a regular gas can be $3.39 and premium can be a whole dollar more? It looks like this shell location just lost my business permanently I can go to Chevron at the other side of the interstate right across the way for premium gas and pay under $4 I can go to any other gas station near this location and it's still under $4 but to pay $4.49 for premium gas when no one else in this neighborhood is charging that much it's outrageous

It is 3:30 in the morning April 27th whoever the attendant is that works this day is a rude psychopath. We asked him if we could use the bathroom - so his response was if we needed a tow truck and then called the cops on us. Then lies to the cops and says we're all drunk while we are pumping gas. Meanwhile, everyone is sober. This idiot needs to be fired.

If zero stars were available I'd give it. This place is a joke. Second time I've been there and they were not open. Keep in mind they are a 24hr convenience store. Most of the time they will close for employees to go outside and smoke. Go to the chevron that's across the freeway. Less hassle.

I was just sitting in the gas station as it was a safe spot to park, an employee named mark, about 6’1 white male… approached my vehicle, was rude, disrespectful told me to leave because I was parked here. (There was no other cars). I see why this place has so many 1 stars. With employees like that.

A small Shell station. It has diesel as well as all three standard grades of gas. Note that they have only 91 premium and not the 93 octane.

These were the rudest people I've ever come across in customer service in my entire 47 years of life! They would not gain to direct me toward the coca cola, and then the woman said she would rather not I give her exact change because 37 cents was too much for her to handle, and fusing us currency? And they decided that I couldn't stop there any longer because and she really said this no one tells me no! I wouldn't go near there if I was dying and they had the only liquid on the planet! Stars!

Mark is the rudest hands down! If you guys have him as manager, it makes sense to have low stars. I was told he is too busy to give the simplest customer service. Too busy to say "Hello, I'll right with you in a second". Then when asked to speak to HIS manager, he tells me that I'll never reach one. That's fine. Mark shall reap it all. This shells is the WORSE. Promote fuels rewards but do not give you time to redeem your rewards. Just skips the steps. Mark definitely needs to go back to training, unless Shell is proud to have a racist manager!
