I placed a curbside pick up before store hours. The app allowed me to schedule a pick up between 3 pm-4 pm the same day. I arrived at 3:30 and have been here for an hour with no confirmation text, no updates to my order. That isn't the frustrating part because I chose to show up without an alert. The frustrating part is when you constantly try to call the store to ask if you can go inside and pick up what's already paid for, and the phone keeps ringing and ringing non stop. The 800 number is worse. I tried to cancel my order and they say they are unable to. I have to wait a week for it to drop off. For a company who continues to increase fees to their membership, with no additional incentives to the consumer, the least they can do is hire enough people to provide the customer corporate lies to us about.

We practically live at Sam's! We especially love the Scan & Go. It really helps with checkout. We love the snack bar. The hot dogs are a favorite. Prices are great!

First experience in a Sam's club and I'm already canceling my membership. Took over an hour to check out at 1 pm on a Tuesday. Seriously, people were taking out their phones to take pictures. Waited 20 minutes to order at the food court only to have to line up for 20 more minutes and show my receipt to finally receive my food. Understaffed everywhere except where they check your receipt to make sure you didn't steal (5 people standing). I understand it's busier due to holidays but you need to staff appropriately. Went directly to Costco ordered and got my food within 5 minutes. Took about 20 minutes to check out at 4 pm.

The old lady at the front door is a clown. Demanding to see every persons club card before you are allowed entry like a ticket taker at the movies. If you don't show it to her and allow her to study it she will chase you into the store. I don't have a Sam's club card myself, but my fiancé does; we dropped her at the front door, parked and then went to meet up with her in the store. I had my 2 girls with me and a hand in each hand so even if I had a card, very inconvenient to stop and dig it out with both hands occupied. Time to let this old crabby lady to retire voluntarily or not, get her out of there before you chase off more potential members and the existing, because I was certainly questioning why we pay for the privilege of being harassed at the front door of this Sam's club, especially when you can't check out without first scanning your card.

I don't like to come here cause the personal here is too lazy and rude to help you!!! Many people waiting in the checkouts specially on the weekends, and I get bored easily waiting for our turn to pay.

I give this a no star rating due to my mother in law buying a ninja blender worth $100 and something dollars we tried to return it the next day after purchasing and they said no refund or exchange it . We seen that the parts are super different from what we got and the blender was broken and seen someone tried to glue it back together so as of this day they're refusing to give us our money back or exchange because they said we had to return it the same day as purchased which is ridiculous when it says a 90 day return policy called main corporate like sams told us to and they cant do anything either poor management and customer services and the main boss is rude to

After what felt like fighting my through the parking lot, I finally may my way inside. For how hectic the parking lot was, I was surprised to see the store only moderately busy. Like any big box store, some things are great deals, others not so much. I was there to help a nonprofit group stock up on snacks, and non perishable meals. I myself am not a member of Sam's Club. I did do/was allowed a little shopping for myself while there. For the most part, shelves were neatly stocked. Lots of different types of merchandise was available. Seasonal items for outdoor living were at the front of the store. My biggest complaint is that price signs were either completely missing, or not in the right spot. For example, an endcap of shoes. The left side had a higher price that the right. There were no shoes matching the price on the right, but they had stocked the shoes corresponding to the sign on the left acress the entire endcap. Found a stack of shirt I was interested in. No price signs were up for them. Some crackers we were looking to buy were missing prices. These were just a few examples. Self checkout was easy. The registers walk the member through the process.

First of all I definitely don't want to give a rate and if I had to give a rate in the rating is a zero. I say that to say what is the purpose of having a membership when you can't come to the store during a business hours at the time that you want they pick and choose a time for you to come with certain levels of the cards that's kind of stupid. Then the black lady that greets the people telling them which membership card they have with her nappy a** wig and manly voice ,got audacity to act out with her own people.Period Definitely not worth having a membership will you can shop when you wanna shop wrongmembership.com

We were racially profiled and harassed by workers in this store. My husband was discriminated against in front of our children. Had me thinking my husband would be arrested simply for being a black man in sams club

Club #6606 in Phoenix is the absolute worst of the many Sam's I have been to. Received an email saying my pickup order was canceled. Contacted the online help desk - they couldn't tell me why the store had cancelled the order. Attempted to contact the store directly. The phone rang over EIGHTY times. The email said that the order was cancelled for one of 3 reasons: 1) I had requested a cancellation (I didn't) 2) I had missed my pickup (I hadn't. It was scheduled for the next day 3) All items were out of stock. I placed a duplicate order at the Sam's Club 15 miles away and am able to pick it up this afternoon. Still haven't been able to reach Club #6606. Interesting to note that the online help person told me that "There have been several complaints about the lack of customer service at this club." Gee, then maybe you should, I dunno . . . DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT? I will keep my membership until it expires in February. Then this girl is headed to Costco.
