This company sent movers to my house to move two vanities up from my garage. In the process of moving the last vanity into my master bathroom they hit the water shut off valve turning it on and wetting the new floors we had just put in. I filled out the work order noting the water damage. I had the flooring company come give me an estimate on the damage and did all the things that I was asked to do by Chris and his company so we can submit to their insurance. I have been given no resolution to this and told they will check and someone will call me. I have been avoided and given the run around now for at least the last two weeks. I don't know how else to go about this since I haven't heard back from them in over a week. Hopefully my text today to Chris and this review might get me an answer that is LONG overdue.

MINUS ZERO STARS! Unprofessional and was one of the worst experiences of my life dealing with these people. Two movers that didn't like each other and would not work with each other or with us. They were nearly three hours late, one kept getting personal phone calls from his girlfriend and complaining about her, had no tools with them, did not read labels on boxes, put items wherever they felt like, piled things on top of things in the guest room and we can't even get in there until we take off work and start taking items out of that room. One opened up the trunk of our car to take part of our Jack to use as a hammer and didn't put it back in. We caught that. They left two legs off of our bed and we caught that, removed power cords from back of TVs and equipment from one TV in addition to power cords at the old home so we had no access to our TVs and had to go back to search for those, broke things and did not clean any thing up that they messed up, dropped pillows and left them on the ground, left one my large silk trees in front of the new home outside near the street and we found it the next day, left big items in the house that we had to move in our car. The first thing the eldest one said when he came in the door was "We work entirely for tips. We are not paid a salary." This was on moving day but still, I don't like unethical business so I called the manager immediately to verify this. I told him what the mover said about tips and he said "that's untrue, they appreciate tips but we pay them. He shouldn't have said that." But, I would have gladly given tips for good service, I wouldn't hesitate and in fact we brought their lunch before we saw all of this happening. We were lied to, they took advantage of us, they tried to gouge us for a 13 mile one way move and did a horrible job. It's still a nightmare trying to find things. I wouldn't use these people if they paid me to. ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. Chris knew all about this and he tried to charge me even more money even though he knew what they had done. He did not care. I have had to work every day and try to find things. Its next to impossible. We have to undo the mess they created and see what they have broken. UPDATE: Just started to go through this room. Already found many broken things. Get ready for insurance claims! Our cable cannot get installed until we can go through this guest room. Horrible nightmare. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

Highly Recommended! Jerome and Jason have got to be the BEST movers we could have ever got. They were fast, friendly, and very professional. They made my Sons move very easy on us, because they took care of everything. From wrapping everything, to figuring how to get a house full of furniture into 1 load, they did it all. They made a stressful day awesome! Thank you very much

We had the most amazing moving experience thanks to Chris and his crew, Jerome and Jason. Chris has been in contact from the first time I requested a quote. He answered all of my questions and concerns. Come moving day, both Jerome and Jason worked their butts off. They knew exactly how to load the truck so only one trip was needed. Everything was wrapped up that was fragile and we had no issues with anything damaged. I would highly suggest giving chris a call if you need your precious stuff moved.

We hired this company last weekend to move our stuff. The interaction with Chris from the start was awesome. Our movers Vass and Nathan were amazing beyond words. Those guys are dedicated hard workers. It was nice to not have to worry about anything. They just handled it all. The price was good and there weren't any hidden fees. We will definitely be using this company again when we find our next home. Thanks for taking some of the stress off our move!!

Mike & Vassa did a fantastic job with my multi-stop, load & drop-off job. I had a 16' truck that needed to be loaded with items from multiple locations and packed to survive a 3 day cross country journey from Phoenix to Charlotte driven by 2 novice drivers. I had some very precious items including my family china and crystal. Everything survived the arduous journey, all the more impressive as the truck was only half full. The guys worked steadily and did all they could to protect my valuables even though I was low on furniture pads, they totally made it work. Also they were able to accommodate moving a refrigerator from my mom's old house to her new one even though I changed the stop on the day of the job. Mike & Vassa were professional and efficient and the hourly cost was very competitive, I checked with multiple companies. I had a small billing issue and Chris in the office addressed it immediately, even on a Sunday. The communication with the company was stellar and made me very comfortable even before the job got started. I am so appreciative of the excellent service Movers 4 Phoenix provided and I highly recommend them!

Mike and Greg were friendly and prepared us for the move well. There were a few forms to fill out, but the guys who came were polite and made sure our furniture never got hurt. I would use them anytime.

I've used several other movers in the valley and these guys were the best! There were two pickup points and two dropoff points and they did a good job of loading for easy, damage-free access. The team was friendly, courteous, and efficient. While they were a little later than expected meeting me at the first stop, they called to let me know before the assigned time window and provided an update. The office support was also professional and provided excellent service, including a follow-up call to make sure the moving team was meeting my expectations. Overall, an A+ for the moving team and the company.

We have used this company twice and would recommend them to anyone! 1st time we used a choice of 4 guys and truck having wrapped and boxed the majority of our house. The second time was moving in-laws to the area and already had a loaded Penske truck and just needed unloading and placing in the appropriate rooms. Both times got a more than fair price quote. Great communication and were on time, had great attitudes regardless of the heat of the day. Pleasure to work with and wouldn't even hesitate to recommend or use them again. Right off after the workers did a walk through they wrapped the door and put down a mat to protect the floor. No home or belongs ever damaged!
