Very descriptive about everything and took pride in his job by delivering exceptional customer service.i walked in there with 200 dollars and all I expected was to walk out with a phone. Hello kept throwing in extra gifts and I ended leaving with a whole lot more than just a phone. You're the man Syed thank you!

Syed was incredible and made my experience so amazing that I am taking the time to write a review. Got me a tablet that I went in to get, no cost for the tablet. Got TMobile Internet Gateway free risk free trial and got the device no charge and first month on $50. After the first month a phone, tablet and home internet gateway unlimited data (going back to school, online classes) only $100 per month. 23 devices can connect. Syed provided incredible customer service, wish me a happy belated B-day and made me feel like a customer (like a friend and/or family) who mattered and that is priceless. Speaking of prices less the prices are incredible especially with the cash back, the early termination help, and new customer gift card by T-Mobile thanks. Will update review if TMobile gives me any issues with their promotions. Thank You Syed

My father went in to pay his bill and the Arab guy that works there fooled him into adding a tablet and phone onto his account even though he didn’t want it but guy kept pushing it and said his bill would not change and ended up being higher than what he usually pays for the month after, he went back into store and the guy did not want to help him again!!!!! we will be canceling and never getting service at this location, do not recommend

So who's ever the owner to this store please check your employees because I called today 02/03/2023 @ 12:04pm and I asked to see if they have any Alcatel or moxie tablet for sale and they told me they do but they can't sell them?? So I found that strange? What's going on?

I called this girl (6:20 pm Nov. 30, 2022) to ask for a price on a device and she told me to wait and literally was on the phone waiting for almost 20 mins waiting so I didn’t want to wait any longer.. Please train the employees better!
