Lazy employees wanna give me a hard time when I walk in and they are mopping an hour and 15 minutes BEFORE they close. I do apologize you have to take my payment as hard as that is I took 3 minutes my bad it is the job you applied to get metro pcs sure as hell didn't seek your 2 lazy attitudes out how dare me come in with over an hour left on the clock corporate will here from me in the AM. Until then send some of the we homeless in there to ask pointless questions

The worst phone service people I ever been too. I went there to buy a phone for my dad and they told me I have to transfer my phone service from metro by T-Mobile to them that way I can get a free good phone and connect another line to my phone with 5g network and get a free service for 2 months and a half. Turns out I only get 1month service and have to pay that free lock phone for 24months which they didn't explained to me in the store. Right now I regret because I had a 4g network and a low connection. I wonder if I can return back that phone anytime I want?

STOP! FIND ANOTHER LOCATION! Usually guy and girl working. The guy that's works inside needs more trainng. I went in last week to switch from Cricket I was trying to get Samsung A32 or A14 or was it A-13. Anyway I wanted A32 not in stock. So the guy tells me they got this new Samsung came in also free when switching carriers. That was a lie. For free he was charging me $260. I also told him I wanted the unlimited 15 g hot spot with Amazon prime plan, he said he gave me the plan, that was a lie. He put screen protector on my phone. So I go home start trying to set up Amazon prime but didn't have it. Went into my metro and saw I had the$45 plan that had unlimited with 5g Hotspot no Amazon Prime. I still ended up with a Samsung A12 that was free with switching carriers. ] paid $120 for 2 phones. So why if big phones are free did I pay $120 and the other wanted $260. I understand might have taxes that varies from phone but that couldn't be tax. He gave me 3 different reasons I argued them all. He couldn't even activate phone the girl had to step in to show him. He said he called manager and he said manager didn't want to talk to anyone. I think if a manager wanted a new customer and to make a sale, especially when customer is being given wrong info false advertising. So I had to call customer service 3 times for them to correct the mistakes in my plan. I started noticing my screen protector was sliding off I push it back into] place then again I noticed plastic under the screen protector and realized when he put it on at the store. He didn't remove the plastic film that is on screen when you purchase a new phone. My advice go to different location where customer satisfaction and is 1st and a suite that have employees that know what their doing

Rude, ratchet, not customer savvy, no sense of urgency, mostly had a "who cares" attitude. Poor girl in the back tried though,her coworker represents the company ? I didn't switch ?

Well bought a LG and the pen was sruck and could not remove it took it in and the girl who works there push the pen in now it wont even come out and the finger print censor dont work and no one well pay for that damage phone so i get screwed i am going to boost better
