I went to Metro because I was trying to save money due to starting 3 phone lines and I had a limited budget. I told this to the sales guy and he said it was no problem and he could "hook" me up. Well long story short I walked out of there after going over my budget and only getting 2 lines going. A few days later I had to go add the 3rd line which cost more. A few days goes by and my phone locked up and I couldn't unlock it. The phone wouldn't accept the password I'd set and every time I tried to unlock it, I would have to wait before I could try again when I had to wait 24 hrs between tries I took it back to Metro. I was told they could do it. NOPE!! I have to take it to a place that fixes phones to get it unlocked. So I ended up not getting what I paid for and to top it off the service sux. I get dropped from games and other stuff I do constantly. And I'm stuck with a brand new metro phone I can't use. And the sales guy said he could match T-Mobile. NOPE!!!!! I'm not happy with Metro.

This little store on s. Central Ave is so far the best! I've never had such great customer service. Today I went in to set up new phone lines and left with more. Jose is the best! He k nows his stuff. He was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. And Jose was very nice. Not enough people are nice these days so I was very happy.

I've been going to that location for the past nine or ten years the manager/owner absolutely never cuts me a break.... (Not even one my backpack was stolen with two cell phones passwords credit cards house keys and home address in it!) Minimal customer service and courtesy. I'm ready to SWITCH -- who knows a great deal out there with a new phone? $40 or less unlimited. Thx!

Just went to this location and there was no one here. Doors were locked and lights were on doing business hours.

I've had problems with customer service online and on the phone.This metro dealer was above and beyond great help.I do not know the young woman who helped me.But thank you,, you are a blessing.

The gal that works there is extreamly nice and has helped me numerous times. She goes well beyond the norm to help with phones and info. She's worked at the central store for over a year and she deserves a raise or bonus for her hard work and dedication to her job. Update.. same friendly gal helped me with a phone issue. Offered me her chair to wait today as she worked everything out. Even gave me her water from her lunch because I was thirsty. It was very sweet. I won't go any where else for my phone service. I'm happy
