Since my provider had taken leave in order to have a baby, I was having difficulty refilling an important prescription. Apparently there was a technical glitch with my insurance and it being a new year. I was worried about this situation, but an employee at the Honorhealth Specialty Pharmacy named Andy helped me, and he went above and beyond. Usually if there is a discrepancy between my insurance and a prescription, the task of solving the issue would fall on my shoulders. What a pleasant surprise i had when Andy took care of this issue and i received a call from him where he advised my medicine was on its way to my apartment! Andy had called me multiple times in the meantime to inform me of the progress he was making for me. I have never experienced this type of service from a pharmacy before. I am grateful for the service I was provided by the Honorhealth Specialty Pharmacy.
