Had my ford f150 worked on a couple Years back they lost the keys I had to pay for a key replacement and programmer to come out supposedly.We had about 3 fuel pumps replaced on the truck and it always messed up took it to a mechanic in Mesa and they checked it and noticed the alarm was completely cut and the key chip was taped next to the ignition so anyone could of used a random key to to turn it on and take off also turns out the alarm was stolen off the truck wires just cut off not even taped off so they wouldn't short we had multiple cars and trucks at your shop and we even had our other ford worked on and it had multiple fuel pumps and a tank replaced all that time scamming a 87 year old man that just wanted his truck to run its pathetic its on us to we should of noticed their is no way in hell that both fords we had both needed a new fuel tank and multiple fuel pumps for both of them. If you had service here I would double check your vehicle.

RUN!!! Way too slow. They quoted me 5 days for my transmission rebuild. On the 4th day, I stopped by to find that they barely started and had rounded nuts because they didn't have the proper tool. So I went and bought the proper tool for them. 3 weeks after dropping off the car they let me know it was finished. When I arrived there were wires hanging down and missing lug nuts. There was also red paint on my black car.

Took my truck in there month and a half later they said it's done just had the transmission rebuilt took it home wouldn't get out of first gear took it back they said it was a transfer case four by four ain't even hooked up on my truck ask for another $1,400 on top of the 1300 that I paid him to rebuild a transmission whole another month and a half still not fixed right now it's not shifting into 3rd in about 40 45 miles an hour has a funny vibration like a grinding when I let go the gas so now it's sitting in my carport dripping transmission fluid pop the hood cuz I had to change my battery cuz it was going bad and they switch my battery to top post when it was side and the dipstick to my transmission is way different worst place I've ever been to will never ever recommend or go there again

Do not go here, this place lies about they're time and service. I came in for a transmission rebuild and got quoted 6 days, but took 7 weeks to finish. Terrible customer service, i had to call at the very least 6 times before anyone picked up. Most days they didnt even pick up. This place should not be in business anymore untill they get better service and can quote proper time and availability.

Took my truck for transmission rebuild on the 1st of October supposedly it'd be done in 4 days the latest and still waiting for them to finish it SMH. While I have to find a ride to work now because of their dishonesty, if they can't have it done in 4 days DON'T lie to your customers be honest. Last time I take anything there

Terrible! Called for an oil change on a 2004 Chevy Silverado got a quote of $20. Went in and he didnt even have the oil. Asked me to bring it because it's faster. Told the guy he shouldn't call himself a mechanic if he doesnt even have what he needs to do his job.

Do not come here!!!!! Came in they said it was going to be $450 then called me couple hours later said $590 and it was the oil rings on the transmission and I said okay and they told me it will be ready the next day. The next day I pick it up and it’s making even worse noises than before. And initially my car was in great condition I came for a transmission flush a month ago and after driving it twice it leaked out all of the oil and it sat for a while because I did t have the money and now I have nothing and still a broken car!!
