They must be posting that their prices are cheaper than any place else. There’s no way it is they’re about two dollars higher than most places including 7-Eleven don’t waste your time.

I bought a $70 bong with cash. Staff said I couldn’t swap out the bowl piece, so I tried buying another, but I came up $3 short. Staff was going to allow a $3 discount until the store owner stopped him.A $3 discount on an $80 cash purchase. Never been to a smoke shop so stingy. Will not return.

Gary's smoke shop is the only smoke shop I go to n make my vape pen purchase. Simply bcuz the staff is knowledgeable n they cool AF too. I recommend anyone to stop n keep them out n for sure purchase an item bcuz they will make u feel comfortable n assure u will get the product. The young lady who works during the evening recommended I switch battery for my vape pen. Let me tell u I'm glad I took her advise bcuz the new battery for my vape pen is way much better. Thank u beautiful for making me make a switch on the battery I greatly appreciate u

Large, well managed, friendly staff. Largest inventory in this part of town. Just know you will pay 10-20% more for their location. Good stopping place for road sodas (whilst ride-sharing of course) $1.50 beers 16oz & ice cold!

Gary's Smoke Shop was a great experience. All the employees are very helpful and take the time to help with any questions you might have. They have a good collection of glass items that are reasonably priced. I have purchased a few items here. They even take the time to wrap each piece individually. I would recommend them.

UPDATE: I love your little snide remark there, when I stated above that I bought it OVER a year ago, yes, but you, or your employees made a promise that you would not uphold, hence the issue. A lie is a lie, no matter how much time has passed. The only thing your response shows is that you are immature and that anyone thinking about going here should definitely pick another shop. THERE ARE SMOKE SHOPS EVERYWHERE, PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE.I don't like going back on my reviews, but I simply cannot help myself. I purchased a high end torch[as well as over $200 on other stuff] from here on 3-22-22, and mainly was sold on the fact that I was told that as long as I held on to the receipt, I could bring it back if ANYTHING happened to it EVERY, and the exact words used was "Lifetime Guarantee". Today I dropped in because the torch's trigger no longer sparks, so it won't light. This is the third time I went in, due to the other staff saying that the gentleman there currently was the only one who can do returns or exchanges, so when I go in and he basically squares up with me and says No. Tells me that I now have to prove that's what was said. I don't buy anything here that I can't get elsewhere and I WAS only coming because of the nice staff and the closeness. But seeing as this is how they treat returning regular customers who spend good money there constantly, I will not be returning. I'll go the 0.1 mile farther to the next shop. Because remember, you're a smoke shop, They are literally EVERYWHERE.

On April 7th 2023 I bought a Q-40 Vape for $49.99 + tax = $54.29 that was Defective and not working. Try to return it or exchange it on April 10th 2023, the store cleark name was Isaiah, same clerk that sold it to me, and the store would not except it back. So don't anyone buy from Gary's Smoke Shop you will be sorry. I'll never shop at this store again ever.

this place will scam you!!! The day after i swiped my debit card, i had several fraud charges on my account!!! I KNEW THEY HAD A SKIMMER ON THEIR MACHINE BUT THEY CONVINCED ME IT WAS NOT!!!
