The customer service women and the store manager are absolutely horrible with customer service. Replace them all.

Self checkout lady was really rude. She treated us like we didn’t know what we were doing. Couldn’t see her name but she’s the one wearing glasses with curly hair. She has very poor customer service. Not sure how she still has a job.
Apparently her name is Christina looking at other reviews about her.

This food City is hit and miss. If you want to save money don't try here. The shelf tags will say a lower price but it rings up as regular price. So if your not paying attention, your total ends up being higher than what it's supposed to be. I like the hot food section. Always good selections, especially their burritos.

Clean, large selection of meats, produce they have a meat special 19.99 it has a variety of meats chicken, pork and beef steak or ground beef, chicken breast and pork steaks. If you're on a budget get your meats from food City, they also have seasoned taco meat pollo, asada or fajita meat seasoned with veggies all you need to do is add it to a pan and cook.

Tried to buy Renaissance Festival tickets here, but no one was ever at the customer service counter, waited for help for several minutes. Even left and returned later,still no one helped me. I tried for 3 days, gave up, and went to Albertsons, which took me 2 minutes. Very disappointed
