This store is the worst for customer service I went into the store around 17:45 bought two items took the to the register the young man behind the counter just looked at me didn’t say hello or nothing but he spoke to the customers that was in front of me he took the items I bought scanned them told me the price grabbed my money and say anything after that just looked at me like I made his day bad I know that I’m just one customer but you can best believe that I won’t be back and I’m going to pass the it around about the service in this establishment.

Need to update hours online. Arrived 30 minutes before closing time and the employees are standing outside smoking and immediately say they "closed early for safety" not once has this happened untill the new wave of employees. Either update hours online or update the employees on actual store hours not "their time".

Bought a aux for $5 and went back to the store to return it the next day to get back my money and was told it’s not refundable but that I could exchange it for something electronic which I can’t since they had nothing that was compatible with iPhone now I’m left with nothing

I've been wanting to leave this review for the last couple of weeks but life has kind of gotten in my way. My name is Troy and I'm a 52 year old male who lives in the Sunnyslope neighborhood in North Phoenix. I moved back from New York about 5 years ago. In that time this particular Family Dollar has become my absolute go to for so many things. They have a wonderful staff headed uo by their manager Zoe. I have watched this store get better and better. Zoe and the entire staff have really done a wonderful job of keeping the place in tip top shape. It's clean, well organized, and very pleasant to shop there. I get everything from my groceries to cat food and many other things. If you are in the Sunnyslope area and need a great place to shop then I highly recommend stopping in and saying hello! A super nice and smiley staff too! I will continue giving them my business and telling others what a great store it is!!!

I was doing a little shopping when i notice a guy starting uncomfortably then he proceed to go get a cashier to join them , made me feel very uncomfortable and violated. Never again would i step in this low class store.
