This is the worst store ever. Do not go there. They were forcing me to buy accessories just to get the iPhone 11 that was on special. They denied the possibility to switch to them cuz I didn't want to purchase their ccessories. They tried to overcharge me. Insane as it is. I will call cricket to report this. And this was the owner of the store who is just taking advantage of cricket specials to get a little bit of more income. Disgusting cuz cricket is a good company that is going down for this kind of people. They rip people off.

Go to literally any other store employees are rude and not helpful at all and the phone service for cricket is horrible . If you do get a phone from them don't get a 5g phone internet is slower then 4g its a scam so they get more money

I was with cricket for many many years they never had a comprehensive senior program so I changed companies. If they ever come up with a better senior plan I'll go back.

I needed a new phone bad!!! Walked in met the nicest lady (Nubia) who assisted me with a port over, number transfer. She was so very patient and kind with me.Explained in detail various phone options... In addition she helped transfer my contacts, accepted a iPhone trade in, set up my cricket app, hotspot password...and answered all my questions! And she gave me water when l left... how thoughtful.In and out in less than 20 minutes! Thank you Cricket ?
