I would highly recommend coming to this cricket store. Putting your hard-earned money down on the counter. Satisfied with knowing that you're getting what you're paying for. The staff is excellent. Very very patient with me. And I'm a wreck when it comes to this topic. Somehow by miracle I was able to write a review so there you have it Phoenix . They are truly there for their customers and they know what they talkbout.Whatchutalkbout. Not another cricket store like it in the valley. one more thingIMPECCABLY CLEAN. I hope somebody's getting some overtime hours for keeping this store so neat.

I didn't catch my boys name but he was really helpful and got me in and out quick , first time getting an iphone was approved for the iPhone 13 and I'm loving the phone , overall great service he gave me I would recommend anyone to come here friendly and gets the job done.

Needed to add a line to my account and get a new phone. The customer service was great and all info from old phone was transferred to the new one. They even threw in a new case for free.

Love this cricket store. The manager I believe her name is beronica & the guy there are so nice & paciente with me. And always have a good laugh when going in there if its paying my bill or buying a new phone. Best cricket
