Always a great experience. Everyone working there is super friendly. If you want a product and they’re out of it they make sure that they can get it for you. I was put on a list for 3 products and they called me when they got them in stock.

Unfortunately, this location did not have what I needed. However, the lady working there was extremely friendly and helpful. She looked up what I needed, to see if they had it at any of their other nearby locations. She even quoted me the mileage. I was in a time crunch, and did not have what I needed for the next work day; and the ladies at both of the locations that I visited today, made my life easier and I had a positive outcome.

Lauren was so helpful in trying to locate a certain product for me. She called multiple stores to find it and wrote down the address for me. She’s amazing!!

This is literally the worst store ever! They are constantly out of everything. Today since I was in the area I stopped in for 1 thing, which they didn't have. To make it worse I was told it was probably in a box she hadn't unpacked yet as they just got their shipment, and she could check another location for me. Literally as she's unpacking the order! ?

Always well stocked with product and tools for licensed professionals. With excellent customer service and a clean store, I drive down from Prescott just to shop at this location. This location has been my go to since 2010 and never disappoints. Thank you!

Foolish policy. Only sell to licensed professionals? No wonder the place is empty. I'd be surprised if they last. Also, when somebody calls to ask if you carry a product, that would be the time to tell them about your ridiculous policy. Very inconsiderate. Not impressed.

I went here looking for a replacement blade for my clippers. They didn't have the one I was looking for, however, the gal with deep red hair searched inventory at other locations and she saved me a ton of time. She was more than happy to help and I greatly appreciate her.
