Great costumer service, the clerk remembered our faces from the day prior. Both workers were friendly. We have lived in the area for a while and this location beats their competitors. So far there soda machine has had good quality drinks. (They ask that you pay prior to filling up your cup.) The surrounding area may seem sketchy, but the indoors is super clean. The store is stocked with other drinks that might not be available in the fountain. Will be returning in the future!!!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!! Did not catch her name but the worker there was rude it was 1050pm . I went to go get a fountain drink and the doors were locked so I went to the window and asked can I get a soda with ice and she kept asking me what? Like she didn't know what I was talking about then finally says I ain't doing fountain drinks right now. Must be nice to have a job to stand around all night doing nothing. She could have offered a bottle soda and yes i could have asked,but her attitude made me not even want to ask. I chose to walk away instead.

Used my card in store a week ago. Not at pumps. Today someone tried to use my card (that I have) several more times at Chevron and tried to order DoorDash and Uber eats repeatedly. My card got copied here and it has to be an inside job! Bank is investigating.

I really like this gas station. Newly upgraded pumps. Moderate gas prices. Personable, professional, kind staff including kind, accurate Dawson and sweet lady Rhianna (sp?). With only one exception. EDDIE. 2/5/2022 at approximately 2pm, I came into fill up my tank as usual. And here Eddie was socializing and being rude as he has done all three times I have encountered him. This is the third time Eddie has been over the top rude and made each visit to this gas station an unpleasant one. On this third occasion, I reluctantly paid for my gas between Eddie's unnecessary conversation with another person. When Eddie finally decided to give me his attention again, I ensured we had the proper pump number and the amount correct for my gas. He accused me of talking to him like he was "stupid". I literally pleaded with him to understand that I do not feel he is stupid ( he is bilingual, he is clearly smart). He refused to take me at my word. Spoke over me and made it a very uncomfortable environment in the station. I said to him "Cuidado mijo". He ignored what I said and continued to say "thank you" numerous times in a sarcastic manner. Dawson and Rhianna were both there and looked very uncomfortable. I assured them they were both kind and professional. I pumped my gas and departed. I was treated poorly by Eddie for the third time. He wasted my time and good energy. I did not address his sub par treatment of me before, because I was giving him an opportunity to correct himself. He clearly needs correction from management. His treatment of me is unacceptable. Please coach this terrible team member on being better, customer focused, professional and polite. He's making your team look rude/bad. Thank you for reading this. Management, please address this stain on your team as you see fit. The majority of your staff is great. Thank you for employing them. They shine. Cheers :)

We stopped to get gas and while we were at the gas station it was time for my grandson to have a bottle. My daughter went inside to get water from the fountain to put in his bottle. But she kindly asked before doing so, and the clerk at the station told her that she could not fill the bottle or she was going to charge her for the price of a fountain drink and all she could get was tap water from the sink in the back and the employee also said she would have to fill it and my daughter could not do it. For one, I have never been to any convenience store that wouldn't allow someone to fill up their own cup with the water that comes out of the fountain or they would be charged the price of a fountain drink. This is a female employee at 2:38 p.m. on Monday very rude and inconsiderate this gas station shouldn't even get one star because it wasn't the employee wasn't worried about anything about the covid because she she insisted she would have to do it and if she was worried about getting covid she wouldn't have done it herself she was just being a complete utter b**** and and was making my daughter only get tap water not filtered water for her baby

Pump 2 has a card scanner attached. I was taken for $30.14. Bank stated the amount was charged in Los Angeles, CA. Clerks were hospitable.

I gave this store the 5 star because every time I go in the girls are so pleasant I usually go in at around 3pm to 4 the store is always clean and the property also if I'm not mistaking their names are Rowena and Cristal u need more workers like these two girls thank you

I literally love this gas station. Newly upgraded pumps. Moderate gas prices. Personable, professional, kind staff. With only two exceptions. I stopped by to pump gas last night. This is the second time Tierra has been rude and made this visit an unpleasant one. When I went to the outside window to purchase gas, she was not there to accept my payment. I looked around and toward the back to see if anyone was inside. I did not see anyone. I had to knock assertively. This hurt my knuckles. She came over from the left. She had earbuds in. I asked her if she had heard me. She said she had heard me, but she had been in the back. This was not true, because the back is located directly behind the glass. I was looking in that direction when I walked up to pay. I also looked to the left and right. The only place she could have been was to the far left of the store or behind register to the far left. She was dry, dismissive and short with me during the entire transaction. I paid. Then returned to my pump. She had not put the $20 on the pump that I paid for. I had to go back to the window and let her know she had not allocated the $20 to the pump. She simply said "There you go" and left the window. I was treated poorly and my time was wasted. I did not address her sub par treatment of me on the first occasion because I thought she may be having a bad night. It turns out this is a running trend and she is mean to me every time I come to get gas during her shift. This is unacceptable. Please coach this terrible team member on being better, customer focused, professional and polite. She's making your team look bad. Thank you for reading this. Management, please address this stain on your team as you see fit. The majority of your staff is great. Thank you for employing them. They shine. Cheers :)

I’m here at 10:10 the one door was locked walked around to front and window had a curtain on it went to other door and they locked it just as I walked up and said go to the window the girl was taking down the curtain I walk up and she walked away knowing good and well I walked was there to make a purchase. Well I’ll take my business elsewhere. Terrible customer service
