Seriously, it's bad. Customer Service is not their strength. I sat there because I had to get this errand done. I saw at least 3 people walk on, not get helped, and walk out. I think that's what happened to me last time and nothing has changed.Needless to say, I closed my account and still bank with USAA. They don't have a physical location nearby and customer service is 2nd to NONE.You better make an appointment here or be ready to Netflix and chill before getting help.

Temporarily closed 1/22/22. Why should I bank with a giant like Chase if I'm not getting the access to their services they should be able to easily provide?

I would give this bank five stars if they had an ATM that wouldn't get stolen. Literally the last two were ripped out of the ground and I had no ATM to do any banking by my house for the better part of 2020 and part of 2021. Finally as of July 12, 2021 they have a fully functional ATM installed again but we will see how long that lasts. After the last one got stolen the getaway vehicle was left right outside my neighborhood with the engine running... They never caught them.

We asked for help with notary service, specifically to ask the notary to come to the handi-capable space to notarize something for my parent who had recently gotten out of the hospital. She has strength and mobility issues temporarily. Even though the Chase notary was sitting, not actively working at the moment, and could have put the materials on a wheeled cart, he refused. He refused even though my family members are long-time customers of Chase (and most specifically this branch) and would have been willing to make an appt at his convenience. He clearly did not care about Seniors who are Chase customers on fixed incomes as he suggested that they could pay for someone to come to the house (free bank notary service as a reward for being an account holder or $89.00+ for a mobile notary?). Chase gave really poor service in this instance.

Terrible customer service don't try to apply for a credit card, you will be accepted, then go to use your BRAND NEW CARD and have it be declined. Not to mention when you call in NOTHING is done to help you except saying wait 24-48 hours.... I APPLIED FOR A REASON, 3 days later still nothing and without my line of credit. Doubt there will be anything they do to remedy the situation other than a firm "Sorry" Do yourself a favor and go with a credit union who will be there to help you when you need it
