Unfortunately I was flipped off by the manager after no resolution in dealing with two phone customer service agents in the Phillipines. Dude you are accountable for your actions. The fact that I was waiting inside the bank to meet with a manager did not seem to grasp that not only would they not fix the problem but that he seemed to imply that that I had caused the internal mistake. I called while waiting a lawyer, as the error should not have happened, the exterior ATM did not work, the teller could not tell me what caused the problem, and the banker literally closed the door behind me during the meeting once I asked to close all of my accounts.
Banking is built on trust. The manager Tony decided not to fix the problem. That was his choice. Two hours later the 4th Chase representative in the Phillipines was able to resolve the problem but none of the representatives could tell me why the transfer took placed except to blame user error. I have banked with many other countries and this was by far incompetence in the tech sector of online banking, refusal to listen to customer service, as well and emotionally devoid customer empathy in solving the problem within a reasonable period of time. I am planning on contacting legal review of the interface for ACH transfers as the customer service in reviewing that department seems devoid of understanding user interface and simple review of accounts.

Went here because it's the highest-reviewed branch in the area, and it was good. From scheduling, arrival, and my meeting with the banker everything went smoothly.

They had my money, I asked for my money, and they gave me my money. Easy as that.

I have always been a fan of Chase bank. This location has been located in Tukey for over 40 years it feels like.

I wanted to give this location a great review but unfortunately they didn't follow up and take care of an open issue that we brought to their attention. We came in to update signers on a business account and that part of the transaction was taken care. It took what felt like forever, but it was done and I do appreciate that. Unfortunately there's a discrepancy on the account and in looking for assistance getting it resolved, the same young man could not handle it himself. He had to call an Operations Department and in explaining the discrepancy to them it was clear he didn't understand it himself - so I re-explained. He said they'd resolve it and a month later, it's still outstanding.

Every time I come to this branch they are less than friendly and helpful....then I go to the one on chandler and 40th st which is the complete opposite experience. I will be going there from now on and not this one, even though I live right be here. I can't ever seem to get a straight answer from these guys and always leave frustrated, while the other location always helps and has answers right away.

Excellent customer service. Great and friendly tellers and all staff are ready to serve you well. Had business at another bank so glad to be with Chase?

Always as good as any bank can be but I think they have the slowest ATMs on the planet

This guy gave me the third degree for wanting to buy some coins. I am aware of the coin shortage, but I need it for my work. He asked if I have a business account, and continued to lecture about the coin shortage. Stood behind the teller and lectured some more, while we were doing my transaction. Made me feel so uncomfortable. Never had this kind of experience from other Chase branch. So disappointing.

This is the second Chase I have been too. First, I walked into (Maricopa) and was told by a banker they couldn't help open an account until Friday. It's Monday at 9:30am. BTW I have worked in banks for over 10 years- I don't normally ever walk in. I tried to open the account online to which they need me to walk in because of NAICS code to open the account. Called this location to be told I could get an appt at 4pm, then to be told she couldn't schedule this and cancelled the appt because the banker has the time blocked out? How did you see the appt was available at 4pm then it wasn't? I received the email of the appt confirmation at 4pm and then the cancellation. Look I know your banker clearly doesn't want to take a business appt at 4pm because they may have to "work" until 5pm. What a shame. Anyways open your account elsewhere. Clearly Chase employees need more training around customer service.

We have banked at this branch for more than 20 years. It has had a few different bank names, but it's still the same branch. They have had ups and downs over the years, but their level of service, concern, competence, and respect has always been good. In fact they have been better recently than ever before, even despite the covid concerns. We have also banked recently at the Wells Fargo Bank down the street, but we had nothing but bad experiences there. We are going to stick with this Chase Bank branch because we like their customer service, efficiency, and quality far more than other nearby banks.
